From the outside, looks just like any other obstacle course like Adrenaline Monkey or Zip City. But once we walked in, you feel the difference! The team was engaging and very friendly. Since we had a party, they even had my Daughter's name at check-in and my wife and I were treated like VIP (our bands said-so). Had my daughter's 12th birthday party here yesterday and it was great! We chose the Epic package and the kids had an EPIC time. With it being the summer we chose to have it during the week in the early evening on her actual birthday and it was not crowded. This meant our party had full access to everything in the park without a lot of other patrons. The staff was great and they took care of most of the details. Water, pizza w/ soda and punch, a party waitress, icees, cool socks and a take home goody bag for the jumpers, t-shirt for the birthday girl, all the cups/plates/napkins and utensils, we did bring our own cake and chips. I've attended other parties at different activity centers in the area, but never for my own child and in my opinion Skyzone was well worth the cost. read more

It's a fun place to go, my kids love it. I wish the dodgeball area was a little different or better organized. You have full grown teenage boys blasting 8 year olds in the face with dodge balls. Manager of the place does not do his job right and makes fun of little kids. Everything else is good but the manager doesn't do his job and he made fun of my 9 year old son when he didn't hit a kid in dodgeball. All the employees are great and the trampoline park is good but the manager just brings this place down to a 1 star. I've never been to another SkyZone so I had nothing to compare this place to, but I liked it. We showed up around 7pm and there was no wait. If you don't fill out the waiver online ahead of time, you have to do it when you walk in. Inside the park there are 6 separate jump areas. One basketball quart, one free jump area, two dodgeball sections and one free jump with a foam pit. We didn't have any problems with the staff being rude or scarce, actually it was the opposite. I will say however, the staff seemed really young. The experience was pretty fun. We weren't planning on going for the GLOW jump, but it was going on. During GLOW night all the lights are off and everything is glow in the dark. Save time in line and fill out waiver online before you go for entire party - or you'll be redirected from check out. 30 min was just enough time as the facility isn't really cool enough for all the activity. Most children were sweaty and white in the face within minutes. Two zones were closed but mid work day it wasn't too busy. We definitely felt like we were too old to be coming to a place like this... But it ended up being a really good time! There were lockers for a quarter to hold our things and a shoe rack to put our shoes away. My friends and I were lucky enough to get a groupon for the place which was such a good deal!! This was my second time at Sky Zone, and I have to say I'm impressed. We've been going for their toddler time open jump and the kiddos love it. There are lots of balls available and plenty of open space for the kids to spread out. There is always a level of danger when you put a bunch of small children on trampolines, but both times we've gone the staff has been alert and attentive, which is seriously impressive considering most of them appear to be high school boys. But they are genuinely nice kids and actually do their jobs instead of fulfilling some slacker stereotype. I assumed the place would reek like a gym but I've been pleasantly surprised at how clean and accessible the park is. I would definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it yet! read more

I have to say- I like the Westlake location better. This particular location is more strict on rules and the staff seem to be unenthusiastic about working at such an energetic place. I brought a 4 year old and a 9 year old here and in the open jump area I wasn't allowed to jump near either one of them and they couldn't jump near each other because of their age differences. Besides height they are both pretty tiny kids and could have easily have jumped near each other. They made the 4 year jump on a side all by herself and I wasn't even allowed to stand near her while she jumped. It wasn't like I was going to sky rocket the kid into the ceiling for fun! We've been to several different Sky Zones in many different states/places and this location was terrific! The staff was friendly and engaging with the kids, professional, had great attitudes. Everything was clean and well organized. We went for a few hours with friends we were visiting on Friday afternoon and it was not very crowded, which was perfect for our younger kids. Shout out to Jacob who really went above and beyond engaging the kids, showing them lots of fun tricks and even checking in with the parents to make sure everyone was having a good time. I was very impressed with our visit and will definitely head to this location when we are in town visiting. read more

My two boys, ages 11 and 9, love it here! We had my 11 year old son's birthday party there this past week. We had 10 boys and they had a great time shooting hoops , jumping into the pit and the most fun was playing dodge ball. The staff was very nice and allowed the boys to have a good time. The party hostesses were very sweet and diligent. They were very polite and attentive to all of the kids. They tried to interact with the boys and make conversation (which is not easy to do with wound up 11 year old boys). They were organized and took care of everything. We didn't have to lift a finger, and Ben had a fantastic birthday party. Faith and Melanie even cut and served the cake. Sky Zone is awesome! It's our son's FAVORITE place to go, and we love it because we can either jump with him (and get an amazing workout!) or relax while he wears himself out. This place looks like blast until you actually start jumping. I came here with my husband and our two young boys. I had high hopes when I was greeted by friendly cashiers. Then, once I entered the jump area-it took a turn. I came to learn that I was NOT allowed to jump with my boys which was a complete bummer. The employees seemed so "concerned" about safety, but some were on their cell-phones! Very hypocritical. My youngest was scolded so much that he felt scared and wanted to go home- and I wont lie-I wanted to as well. My family and I will be going out of our way next time for fun. Skyzone allows you to have fun and do cool tricks without getting yelled at for doing back flips on the trampolines. This location is flat out unsafe. Under-staffed, under-trained and overwhelmed. I've been here twice with my family and both times we left with kids injured or in tears from injury. Our most recent visit was a birthday party we hosted for fourteen 5th and 6th graders. The staff that supposedly is monitoring the safety of activity does nothing but stand around looking bored. Many of them look younger than some of the kids they are monitoring and that might explain their passive nature. We had 2 kids in our party get pegged in the face by much older high school aged kids and both times the staff monitoring did nothing. Is it really that hard to stop the game and give everyone a warning? Or maybe see a bad situation brewing when some kids are throwing the balls much faster and harder than the rest. I twice asked to have our party put into a separate dodgeball arena and the staff did everything to NOT accommodate the request. The rationale was to separate the kids we were responsible for from the ones who had the potential to injury the kids in our party. First I was told that I had to pay extra for a separate arena. Then I was told that they couldn't open up another arena until there were more kids. When more kids showed up they opened up a second arena but by age group. I was more than annoyed by this since I had been requesting a separate arena to begin with. I tried to speak with the Manager Ben about it but we got interrupted by one of my sons getting injured in the foam block pit. I didn't see it happen so I can't speak to it but another parent in our group noted that someone else got injured in the same area not 5 minutes after our son left in tears. Again, I don't know if that says something about the "safety" monitor or not. Ben gave us some free passes; which is standard operating procedure when they have to fill out an injury report. I know this because I've done it on both my visits. The thing is, I don't want to go back because both of my experiences were so bad. I don't care if its free. I tried to find Ben before we left to voice my concerns but he seemed like he had his hands full as the Friday night crowd started to pick up. I absolutely would not recommend this location for anyone below the age of 15. My advice to the owner - hire more staff so you can operate all 3 dodge ball courts and train your staff to be more assertive with guests participating in behavior that might harm other guests. I know everybody signs a waiver but that doesn't absolve you from your responsibility to operate a safe play environment. read more

I have to say that this was a pretty not okay place. I was there watching my little sister for her birthday party, and the teenagers that they employ are excruciatingly unpleasant. I spent the day watching 15 year old girls throwing temper tantrums about food sizes (letting the kids have a drink and more pizza) and attempting to "help" my sister and her guests. I watched 18 year old boys scream at them from across the park for being on the "wrong side of a trampoline" and "getting in the way of an adult", not okay. The facility itself is great, but I'd prefer not to watch high schoolers flirt with each other on the job, only to scream at children while they themselves are having a bad day or because the decided that they're too tired to actually care about their job to be pleasant. I don't think that I'd make a second trip back, but I have heard from other people that it's a great place.. maybe I came too early in the morning for the employees's tastes.
