I've been to this location numerous times over the years some experiences better than others but this last one was one of the best. You can not expect to come here Saturday between 2-7 and not expect a huge rush of people, disorder and a mess! So prepare yourself if you decide to. I got here around 3 on a friday afternoon it was just starting to get filled but all of the employees were on there A game...filling ticket machines, cleaning, bringing food out or just helping families..spent a little over 2 hours and had no complaints from adults or kids! Salad bar was freshly stocked and any other time I wouldnt do it because its usually a hot mess.

You tap your card on here. 2 credits....60cents per game now.

Chuck e cheese has finally succumbed to corporate greed. It's a sad sad day for the kids. The idea of playing any games for just ONE token is gone. The coins have been replaced with cards and credits. We cashed in $20 and received 70 credits. So it only comes out to a about 30 cents per credit instead of the old 25 cents per token. On top of all of that...The games are no longer one credit. Some of the games cost 2 credits. So it's 60 cents per game now! They get 2 stars for the cleanliness and the fact that there are new games. Unfortunately Chuck e cheese has turned into any other overpriced arcade. It's not a place you can come regularly anymore. It's now reserved for special occasions.

Had my daughter's 1st birthday party here this past Saturday (4.13). Initially I was reluctant to book here because of the negative reviews but after visiting and speaking to Courtney I booked anyways. I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Manager Courtney and she was the best!!! She was courteous, professional and accommodating. She helped to make our experience excellent!! Taiesha our party host and another young lady assisted in making sure our every need was met! All of the children and adults had a ball!! I'm glad I decided to book here. Their hospitality was so impressive that I'm going to take my niece and nephew who flew in from England to this location this week. I will definitely do a follow up review to report the consistency of service. Thank you Courtney you and your team did a great job.

What is cool for adults: flight simulator, observatory, fish tanks We spent 2 hours here. Mostly things are for kids but I loved the above, I also liked walking outside and seeing the animatronic dinosaurs that was pretty cool. The observatory was awesome, the woman who was working was kind enough to re open the telescope after she closed it for the day. We came for the last showing. We got to see the sun and the sun spots. So unique to use a telescope during the day. The flight simulator was awesome too, never seen that at a science museum before. They dumbed down the controls but it was still fun to steer. There were only a handful of exhibits, and several areas were closed off due to ongoing renovations and expansion. There were a few additional activities (simulators, small interactive areas), but not all were accessible or worth the wait, especially with a child. To their credit, when I expressed my concerns, staff were understanding and issued a refund, which I appreciated. They also provided tickets to return once renovations are complete (expected around 2027). Right now, I wouldn't recommend visiting until the expansion is finished.

And on a Saturday night it's overcrowded with children. I had to park by the Dunkin drive through and walking in the dark in that parking lot did not feel safe. When I arrived I am not sure if we had a reserved time to bowl but we had to wait an hour for two lanes to open up. It's pretty expensive as they charge per hour ($60) + rental shoes ($5). But if you have the max amount of players, it could be worth it. Staff could be more polite and patient. I didn't find my interaction charming when I was getting my bowling shoes. The bar area is a nice touch. Doesn't really fit the indoor theme of the place. I think something more whimsical like a carnival theme would have been better. I wanted to check out the arcade but it was too crowded and hectic with all the kids. It may be a fun family night out or a very casual affordable date idea. I don't know how soon I'll be coming back although I want to explore it more. There's even an outdoor racetrack it looked like. I did not try the food but the pizza and cheese fries are pictured here. They looked good.

I signed up for adult private swim lessons, paying $225 for what was supposed to be personalized instruction to improve my stroke and breathing. What I got was one unstructured session in the kiddie pool--just swimming back and forth with no technique correction, no feedback, nothing. It felt like the instructor had no idea what to do. When I brought this up, I was told the training manager would attend a future lesson to train the instructor during my session. That's not acceptable. I didn't sign up to pay for someone else's training session--I signed up for my lesson. Even worse, I found out the training manager had already been watching the original lesson and allowed it to happen that way. So how is anything going to improve? I asked to cancel and get a refund, and was told flat-out "no" due to policy--no apology, no ownership, no attempt to make things right. Also worth noting: the reception staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived, which set a bad tone from the start. I can't recommend this place for adult swim lessons. Between the lack of professionalism, poor instruction, and dismissive customer service, I left completely disappointed.
