Terrible customer service. I placed an order to a mailbox service I use to pick up all of my packages in one location, and because they *suspected* I would be reselling or redistributing the item because it was being shipped to a "warehouse", they canceled my order and refused to ship it. We went there, tested our a few and ordered a stroller and car seat there. Just picked it up. And blown away by level of service, knowledge, and professionalism of the entire staff. I never write reviews, but I had to come rave about my experience with Kids 'N Kribs! My husband and I went in to their new location in Devon in early August to take an Uppababy Vista for a spin before purchase. We ended up being the most indecisive customers when it came to which color we wanted. I mean, it's a big purchase so I wanted to be sure we made the right choice! The employees were all so patient and helpful in our decision. I can't say enough good things about the store. SO many cute baby items, knowledgeable staff with a great eye for detail, and I highly recommend joining their membership (not sure what else to call it) and receiving points each purchase. It was important to us to make this large purchase through a small business and an authorized Uppababy retailer, I'm so glad we chose Kids 'N Kribs! It is amazing what a wide variety of specialty baby / kid products they have in this store. The world of baby gear can be intimidating and overwhelming for first-timers, but the lovely, patient team at Kids N Kribs take the time to help you with every decision. Thanks to them, our baby has beautiful furniture, a great stroller and car seat, and some of the cutest blankets, outfits and toys imaginable. Their inventory is excellently curated, and the people that work there are dolls. This isn't the place to go for diapers or baby wipes -- but this is definitely THE place to go for any substantive baby-need. read more

there have been several attempts to make our experience better, and all have gone unanswered. My husband, after several calls and emails, wrote a poor review, which I see has gone unanswered and been removed. So, I will repost. I purchased nursery furniture from this store in August 2021. I was given a 16 week delivery estimate. 16 weeks came and went. I had to follow up on my order and was never once contacted as a courtesy from the store to provide me with an update. after waiting 32 weeks for my furniture (my baby is now 5 months old at this point), I was offered a crappy, used, cheap loaner set from the store. the delivery was horrendous, the drivers reeked of cigarettes. I'm sorry, you offer white glove delivery, that is not free. not to mention you are delivering NURSERY furniture into peoples homes. six weeks later, I finally received my nursery furniture - delivered about 8 months after purchase. drivers again smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, even after I had to complain about it the first time. I tried to resolve the matter privately by expressing my concerns in an email that was responded to in an unprofessional and condescending manner. My husband continuously reached out to receive (at the very least) a courtesy paint sample to fix some imperfections, which we still never received. When we would call for updates on our delivery, the calls always went unanswered if we called from our cell phones, but answered if we called from private or different numbers. horrible, horrible, horrible business practices and customer service. it's really shame, because they have nice stuff. I wanted to order the matching chest, but will order from another source. read more

They do a great job of curating a unique collection of toys, clothes, baby gear, and kids furniture/decor. I've been in this store a bunch of times and bought some great, unique gifts. I'm at the age where my friends are constantly having kids, always need a gift, and I've been a loyal customer. I'm def not one to write negative reviews bc everyone has off days and I don't want to hurt independent businesses but today really rubbed me the wrong way. I am pregnant with my second and was in there for looking for stuff to decorate his nursery with. My 1.5 yr old daughter was with me and I kept my eye on her at all times and while yes, she was interested in all the toys/cribs as any toddler would be, she wasn't pulling anything off the shelf, is well behaved and I was within 4 feet of her at all times. After asking the sales associate for more info about something hanging on the wall and calling my daughters name, who as I said was 4 feet away and going to grab her hand to distract her yet again from the shelves the sales woman said "yea you really need to watch her. She could pull something off the shelf and get hurt" (obviously lady!) I said, "yes, as I need to watch her in all/any store..." and I'm assuming the sales associate picked up on my annoyance and to justify herself went on to say "sometimes we keep the front door open and if parents aren't watching their kids could run out into the street and get hit by a car." At this point I had swiftly picked up my daughter to get the heck out of there but what I should have said was that if they recognize leaving the front door open is a safety concern and a kid could run outside and get hurt......then why don't you close the front door? Point is, I have never been chastised for not being attentive to my child because I am very attentive. Out of ALL businesses you'd think one that caters to babies and children would be more understanding (if my daughter was even being bad in the first place) I just won't give them any more business and I wouldn't recommend going there with your kids. (good luck finding time for that) There are enough other great places all up and down the main line that do a better job with customer service. Gilbert and Evans even has a toy box for kids to play with while parents shop. Kid's clothing patch is also great. I bought most of my big ticket baby items at this store. My crib and dresser are beautiful and the prices were very competitive. I bought strollers, a rocking chair, my Britax car seat, changing table... the list goes on. It's not just the quality of the items they sell, but the customer service that makes the store special. Larry the owner really helps you pick the best thing for you and doesn't try to push products on you. I really appreciated the help they provided at the store and am really enjoying my purchases now that the baby is here. We will continue shopping there for any other items we need. read more

We purchased a Nuna Stroller, and when the item turned out to be out of stock, Gloria worked with us to make sure we received a new stroller, which ended up being even nicer than the one we initially purchased. My husband and I had a great experience at this store. The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in (very important to me) and came over to help us as soon as he was finished with another customer. He never pressured us into buying anything - just gave his suggestions and opinions on the products. We ended up purchasing three pieces of furniture and received helped from his wife in picking out fabrics for a crib skirt. We are looking forward to receiving the furniture! Customer service is key! I bought my baby furniture here for my kids (30 years ago) and thought they were wonderful. When my daughter became pregnant, we had to go to see if she could find what they wanted. The owners are wonderful people. Very knowledgeable and are not pushy sales people. They know their product lines and are very helpful. We bought the whole bedroom for my grandchild there.
