My son had his 6th birthday and he loves reptiles. I asked for a quote and a friendly person texted me with all the information. They had great customer service and I was very pleased. I booked my date a month in advance with a deposit. They showed up on day of party on time and entertained the whole party for 1 hour. The animals were well handled, healthy and taken care of. The man who came to our party, I don't remember his name but he was very social, entertaining and had great knowledge of the animals. My son had such a great time but so did the entire party. I especially appreciated that they accept payment by Venmo if paid in advance, which helped me have one less thing to remember the day of the party. Lizzie, our animal handler, did a wonderful job! She was great with the kids, sharing fun information about the animals while keeping it simple (they were mostly younger kids). Our little birthday girl had a wonderful time, and all of our kids have been asking for a ball python ever since. (Honestly? We're tempted!) The reptiles were a ton of fun for kids and adults of all ages, and it especially brought me joy to see how a couple kids with special needs really enjoyed them. One thing that surprised me personally was that we always tell people that siblings are welcome when we hold birthday parties, but of course older siblings often don't want to come. And usually, a few families might not come because something last-minute happens, etc. Not true this time! *Everybody* came, and all the kids in each family wanted to come. He was very attentive, calm, and provided so much fun facts to not just the kids but the adults as well. For the 7 year old that wants to have a party no one else has done... From the day I started the conversation with Kristen to the day Patrick showed up at my daughter's 7th birthday party, this was the smoothest booking/vendor I have ever dealt with!
