I will never bring my dry cleaning needs to this place again. I used to own a dry cleaning business myself, and I'm honestly surprised this place is still in operation. I brought in my wife's silk blouse for a simple alteration and dry cleaning. It took them almost two weeks, even though I told them it was for my niece's funeral and asked if they could prioritize it. What a huge disappointment! When I finally picked up the blouse, I didn't have time to check their work right away. On the day of the funeral, I discovered that the blouse was still full of oil stains that never been there before-- and the alteration wasn't even done! When I went back to confront them, instead of apologizing, the staff argued with me until I mentioned that I used to run the same kind of business. Any professional cleaner knows that silk easily shows oil stains, so there's no excuse. Their attitude toward customers is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, while I was there, another customer came in to pick up their gown -- only to find out it hadn't even been cleaned. Very unhappy with the service I received. Brought a pair of pants here to be hemmed. All they did was cut them unevenly. I wouldn't have paid 20 dollars for this service if they had told me it would be a "raw hem" aka just cutting the pants. I wish they specified this when I paid for the service to be hemmed aka stitched with a finished edge. I could have cut my pants myself for free. When I asked for the refund they only offered half back. $10 dollars for an uneven cut is still not acceptable. My toddler can do the same work with her eyes closed. read more

Worst place for alterations. The seamstress they have has a bad attitude. You try to explain things to her and she becomes combative. She also does horrible work. I took a pair of pants to get hemmed and when I picked them up the stitching was crooked all around - not straight and even. It was so bad that when I took them to a different place to be corrected, the first thing the seemstress said was "Did you take these pants somewhere else, because they did a horrible job." Several months ago, I took an expensive jersey to have a small hole tacked. The lady put a patch on the hole and the patch was of another color/pattern/texture. Ruined the jersey!!!! I decided to take several items back that just needed a simple mend. The lady rudely grunted at me when I asked to leave the items. She seemed frustrated with me, asking me when I needed the work done by. When I told her I was on no timetable, she grunted again several times at me and told me to take the work somewhere else. Extremely disappointed with their service. I dropped off my alterations a week prior to my event and specified that I needed them ready by the following Friday for an event on Saturday. They called me on Friday 11am to let me know they wouldn't be ready until Monday. Dad after the event. They didn't notify me ahead of time that they were backed up and when I tried speaking to the manager the young girl on the phone wouldn't provide me with her number and went as far as to hang up the phone on me. I then stated that I would be picking up my items and she informs me that my items are not at their location. So where are my items????? This is beyond the worse service I have ever received. My go to neighborhood dry cleaner and alteration shop. Most do not about the seamstress that is there during working hours. Great lady and very responsive. They are willing to do rush jobs and can turn items quickly. When it comes to military uniforms I trust them! Short story. I dropped off a few items and had to go to sea and forgot about my dry cleaning. They had my clothes for almost a year! They reached out to me and said that they had my clothes. I've known about this place for a long time and I decided to go and ask if they would be able to iron my dress for my bridal shower and have it done that same day. The lady in the front told me that for same day I would need to bring it in before 10am, as they send the clothes to another place to iron, and there would be an extra fee which I was completely ok with. Since that day it was already past 10am I told her I would be back next week then before 10am. Fast forward to next week, I go back before 10am as I was told, with my dress and the same lady tells me they don't do same day services! I was very confused and I told her she had said something else last week. All she did was recommended another place and said she didn't want to take the dress and not be ready that same day and me being upset. Well I am very very upset and greatly disappointed. read more

I've been a loyal customer of a rival cleaner but because of Beasley's proximity to my place, lately I've been entrusting them with my delicates and blazers. Recently, I took three knit polos and I was greatly disappointed. Not only did they hang them on wire hangers, giving my polos unsightly shoulder "dimples". Worse, one of them smelled gross -- like perspiration from an unwashed torso which is my pet peeve! Well, I am going back to my original cleaner, for sure. read more

The other week I had to drop off one of my military uniforms to get sewn with my new rank. I stopped by on a Thursday late afternoon (this is the last day the tailor is in). I got a text (Yes a text, I never got any type of real-time notification when my items were ready. Not EVER) the following morning saying my uniform was ready for pick up. The quality of the saw was pretty good especially to be such short notice. Granted you pay the expedited price, but other wise, the price is reasonable. I strongly recommend this location. Every time i come here, they charge a different price as if they are just making up random prices depending on how they feel. I came in last week for a quote just to make sure that it wouldn't happen again, and sure enough, the prices were different when I dropped off my clothes. I told them about my quote and asked them for a price list, and apparently, they do not have any price list or online pricing at all. Extremely fishy how they run their business. They clean leather jackets and shoes if you need, laundry and drycleaning and pressing and alterations. They are open back to regular hours and are open on Sunday too! Poor service. Poor customer service. Manager Salvador is not a friendly or understanding manager at all. Won't be returning. I brought in an item and asked the worker to focus on certain parts of the item with heavy odor and he sticker'd them, indicating that he understood my requests. I paid an extra fee for same day service and when I got my item back, it still smelled. So I went back inside and requested a re-do. They re-did my item and my item was a little better (still with some odor) but one day late! How does that make any sense? I shouldn't have to request a re-do for you to clean my clothes correctly. When I met with the manager, Salvador, to request that he compensate me for my inconvenience, just $1 for the same day fee that I paid for (but my item wasn't ready same day), he argued that the item was technically ready same day, but just not to my satisfaction. Well, why am I going to pay you $14 for a service and to have it ready same day, when the service is done poorly and then is also one day late? Makes no sense. read more

I've been a customer for a few years, and I hesitate to give them one star because their service is so speedy. This review is for the quality of their work, which has been inconsistent lately. I've taken delicate clothing here before and have had no issues, but my most recent experience has left me dissatisfied. I brought a collared dress in because of some normal staining in the inside of the collar and received the dress with brand new stains on the outside of the collar. They placed a tag on the hanger saying that the stain was not overlooked, but the process of removing it would damage the garment. It appears that they merely want to avoid responsibility for the New stains that were created. read more

I don't understand why others are saying they don't treat prices fairly. The few times I arrived to drop my husbands dress shirts for laundry the price tend to stay constant overall. Especially with dry cleaning couple of standard items like suits and dry cleaning a few dress shirts. Overall, I believe when prices mainly change for dry cleaning dresses since they probably have to accommodate, alter their way of cleaning if it have sequins or a more layered dress than the standard. But overall, I think they do a pretty fair job and I'm very happy with the output. read more

Well, I dropped off 2 suits and 3 dress shirts. They charged me $62.85! I checked around to see what the going rate was for dry cleaning the same number of garments and they were half the price.
