Private fridge to keep drinks cold

My son came here over the summer for skate lessons. We LOVED it!!! The instructors are AMAZING!! Dawson was my sons first instructor and absolutely fueled his love for skateboarding. He went above and beyond. And the birthday parties?! They're even more AMAZING!!!.... If that's possible... The staff if so helpful and courteous; the party are was decorated so nicely. Plus, unlike most birthday event food I've had, their pizza is DELICIOUS!!! We got 4 and there was nothing left. We're having my daughter's birthday here this year because we loved it so much.

The facility offers a great range of activities for kids of all ages to burn some energy off on a weekend or school break. Their "open session " includes s skateboard/bike trick area, gymnastics, and soon to be parkour and ninja warrior. Unfortunately on the night we were there that area was still under construction. When there is birthday parties going on they will use the loft so that decreases a seating area for parents. With their construction I hope they add more seating if you are not part of a party.

If your looking for a great family day and fun experience KTR is it. Parkour, trampolines, obstacles and skatepark. It's great to just be a kid again with your children and a great place for your kids to be kids and not be on video games.

As of 12/27/17 they are heavily into renovations at this location. They should just close it until it's ready. Lots of unsafe areas. I photographed the few that were very obvious. When I told the staff at the desk she said she would tell the construction crew. Which, by the way, are walking around with electric hand tools while the kids are playing. It was so unsafe we just left. Maybe that is why they are charging only $11 for two hours. There is also construction dust all over everything. I know it's a gym and they use that chalk, that is not what was all over everything. Save your money and go back when they are done renovating. I'm sorry but caution tape will not stop a kid from falling into exposed particle board. I know that kids need to learn to be careful but I think having particle board sharp corner edges on the side of a slide is just pushing your luck.

super bouncy, blue floor at KTR Mesa, AZ

I've been bringing my son here to do Parkour for about a year, and he and I both love it. The people running it are some of the best, and the atmosphere is friendly, active, and professional. Wifi is free, and Fridays, when my son is parkouring, I get lots of work done. Earlier this summer, KTR upgraded the main floor area with a super bouncy, blue pad that allows kids to try out some more radical tricks without getting hurt. It also makes for a great dodge ball arena.

I reviewed back in 2022 so thought I'd update!! I love the new look and updates that have been…read moredone. The first time I gave 5 stars and this time I'd give it more if I could! It's so nice in this economy to have such a pleasant place to take our children that we can still afford. The staff are still very friendly and helpful and I am so glad we came! Thank you everyone!

My kiddos are 4 and 18 months and so while my 4 year old loves every area of Uptown Jungle, we…read morespent a good amount of time in the 5 and under area this visit because our 18 month old was with us. I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.

After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three…read moreUnlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission.

I took my four kids here and ended up spending close to $200. I wouldn't mind paying that if the…read morefacility was clean and well maintained, but unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. On a positive note- the staff was very friendly.

Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

The main staples are still there - rock climbing wall, dodgeball court, jousting, basketball, gymnastic bounce/pit, and main trampoline area. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. Floors are a bit dirty looking -could use a buffing clean. As for price, get the Groupon! Do not pay full price you schmucks. We literally bought ours while at the desk.

There are benches for parents to sit on, as well as massage chairs for an extra cost if you would like to indulge. The staff have been friendly and I haven't encountered any problems here. They do require grip socks so make sure to bring some or you can buy some at the register. The time that you pay for corresponds to the band color they give your kid and they will announce on the speaker when your time is up. For the most part the area is fairly well maintained. It's an indoor park where lots of kids are running through so a little chaos is not unusual. Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. At our last visit the young woman at the register was very nice and she was such a hard worker, keeping the entire area clean. Kudos to her dedication!
