At first I was would have left 5 stars. Customer service prior was great and even tho I couldn't afford their hefty party packages I was still able to get tickets off of Groupon per an employees recommendation. Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. I went here when it was Gravity but it seems like Rush has since bought it out. Rush has done a lot of things to the place and it is much better than Gravity was. The main staples are still there - rock climbing wall, dodgeball court, jousting, basketball, gymnastic bounce/pit, and main trampoline area. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. Floors are a bit dirty looking -could use a buffing clean. As for price, get the Groupon! Do not pay full price you schmucks. We literally bought ours while at the desk. read more

Having 6 grandkids out of school for the HOT summer, it's imperitive to find indoor, air conditioned activities that they can burn off some of their energy instead of just watching TV and this place is THE PLACE. Very large, clean facility with plenty of activities fir all ages; trampolines, rock climbing wall, ninja course, small kids play area, various climbing challenge and one of the best indoor park/climbing/play areas around! Additionally, the staff (especially Madison) is extremely friendly and very helpful - Madison even brought out a prize wheel for the kids to spin. Plenty of comfortable seats for the adults while they are hanging out along with tables and chairs outside of their snackbar (which has plenty of options for snack or lunch). This place is a definitely Home Run for moms (and grandparents) to take kids of all ages for 3-4 hours or even all day! read more

It is now Rush Extreme and it has gone down hill fast. The kids called it a dump and I feel that that was being too generous. There was no music on and the a/c didn't seem on. The kids were absolutely melting and it was miserable for the parents to sit while they played. There was no one at the front counter even after ringing their bell multiple times, the few people waiting in line started joking about it because the wait was so ridiculous. They are sticklers about the socks being rush socks but also require close toed shoes for the rock wall. It costs extra for the sky walk and there aren't even enough workers to run the attractions. Got a Groupon for 3 hours, but the kids weee bored and overheated after 30 minutes. We will not return for any reason. read more

3.5/5 My daughter and her friend had a good time here at Rush Extreme. There are so many different Subdivisions of activities here such as rock climbing, multiple trampoline areas, a luge-like drop slide, an obstacle course, and bungee jumping. Unfortunately a few of the attractions were off limits to my kiddo due to height and weight restrictions but she was able to do most of what she wanted to do. While she is the biggest fan of jumping and tumbling, the more "extreme" activities such as the rock climbing and drop slide didn't appeal to her. She spent most of her time at the obstacle course and trampoline areas. The place itself looks in older shape as some of the attractions have a worn look to them. You wouldn't exactly call it Xanadu but it wasn't that big of a deal and everything was in good working condition. Some of the tables and chairs could use a little more cleaning too. We came an hour after opening and it looked like no one had wiped down any of the eating surfaces prior to opening for the day. Perhaps a Tom Sawyer-like person was needed here to convince some staff members to clean up the place by using reverse psychology. Another annoying thing is that not all of the attractions have staff stationed at them so if your kid wants to do one of them you have to hunt someone down sometimes. Also note that anyone participating in any of the activities must have Rush Extreme branded socks ($4.99). I had brought in some other grip socks from another trampoline park and I was told I had to had their own grip socks which didn't look that much different from the ones I bought at the other trampoline park. read more

Took the kids here for the first time today and don't think we'll be back. This place is huge with a lot of things for the kids so there is potential but the place is dirty! They need to replace their foam pits! They all look filthy and falling apart and their obstacle courses are pretty deep and some have ball pits but not even enough ball pits so if some kid decides to jump off they could really get hurt. All their chairs around the area need some cleaning too. They have rock climbing area and none of the workers were there? I only saw staff (kids) basically working the floor managing the bungee jump area and the other area next to it where you hold on and it's a big slide up. Their bathrooms stall locks don't even work properly. Luckily it wasn't that busy when we went since we went during the day but yea not a fan. read more

We've been here a few times since it's close to our home and they usually have a Groupon. It's not usually too packed with people which is a good thing. My main issue is there's not enough employees working the floor. All the areas that required a staff to operate the area for kids to play were non existent. Giving a 3 just because the cleanliness level here is not great at all sticky surfaces everywhere looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time from the play structures to the bathroom, trash littered randomly everywhere It is a super fun indoor playground and rate it 5stars in all that it has to offer for kids it has soooo much potential to be amazing if they can actually get a cleaning crew in here you can tell it wasn't even cleaned up from the weekend trash littered all over the party rooms, definitely seems like they have a staffing problem too. A birthday party MUST!!!! I went back & forth on doing a home party and decided to go with the Rush. BEST decision!!! We celebrated my daughter's 4 birthday here and it was amazing. We did a veterinarian theme. The party room is perfect & pre-decorated!! Our party host was the best of the best! She helped by making sure all guest got checked in & that food came out on time. She also helped with things I forgot! (Candles, lighters, etc) Kids were entertained the entire time! It was nice having a party room so they could come check in every now and then. I decided to take the children that I nanny here because their grandma found a Groupon for them. The place itself is a lot of fun - trampolines, play structures, obstacle courses, and attractions such as rock climbing. However, I am extremely disappointed in the staff. There was one male worker in particular that was just awful. I didn't catch his name but he had shaggy brunette hair and his ears pierced. Looked to be around 16-18 ish. My 6 year old girl wanted to do the rock climbing and we asked him if it was available for her to do (since he was sitting at the base of the wall). He mumbled that she needed shoes and then immediately went on his phone. Then when we came back after she had her shoes on - he handed her the harness to put on herself! Absolutely horrible. I handed it back to him and proceeded to say really? He then put it on her and once she was done with the rock wall, he stood there and expected us to unclip her ourselves. I'm sorry but I must've missed the part in which the parents/ guardians should be trained already on how to safely operate and prepare a child for a rock climbing wall?!?! Honestly, all of the workers look annoyed and angry if you ask them to use one of the attractions, even though they are on a "rotating basis" and you must ask an employee to help you in order to use them. I think these employees need a good lesson on customer service, especially in an environment geared around children and safety. read more

This place is GHETTO!!! I just left after 40 mins. I had a Groupon like most people but it's not worth it let me tell you why. There is no saftey protocol. It's a kid friendly zone that should be supervised be workers, but it was out of control. I had multiple teen hit/ run into me, and jump on my square on the main trampoline area to play tag. There are no workers patrolling the area for saftey. It is also very dirty. There is food, crumbs, used bandaids and trash scattered throughout all the trampoline areas. They also allow children to take out the foam from the pit and hang out in it. You are not able to jump in it when there +8 kids/teen hanging in the pit. I tried to talk to someone about how it's unsafe but there were 3 workers total and I couldn't find one before I left... Sky zone would NEVER!!! Spend the extra $10 and go elsewhere. We already have grip socks to use. However, they refuse to allow you to use your own grip socks... They REQUIRE that you purchase their "brand" of grip socks... And they claim that you have to do that because of insurance purposes. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. There was literally no other group for people there and staff still was unhelpful. Climbing wall was shut down. They wouldn't allow us to upgrade for the sky course. They have more spectator chairs to sit in taking up more space than they actually have for trampoline or other activities. I will never be returning. read more

It's almost done. They were building the climbing structure while we were there. The place is huge. It has a lot to offer. The toddler area is done and very nice. I don't like that places started making you buy non slip socks specifically from them. My kid had on urban air socks and had to buy the exact same pair of socks but they say gravity rush on them. We were the first guests to arrive this morning, so I was very confused walking in to see dirty tables, pizza on the floor, crumbs on the trampolines, and trash laying around everywhere. I am glad we had free passes gifted (if that's what you want to call it) to us. I would have been very disappointed if I spent money to be here. It's still fun for the kids! I don't think it's managed well. They need a more mature person to manage these young kids running it.. it used to be run. Well it's just gone downhill. They need to maintain the bathrooms the toilet paper tidy up, wipe up tables, these young kids don't know how to manage. Food isn't the best quality and it's really expensive.. I received burnt chicken fingers and fries. I know they're understaffed, so like a lot of places that's a big part of the problem, but managerial experience is definitely needs to improve. read more

I came back here after many years. I used to go here with my friend a lot, and it wasn't the greatest trampoline park, but it was still fun enough and I would normally recommend it. I come back and it looks like they added a lot of stuff. It's also more expensive, so it's probably improved, right? Wrong. Trash in the foam pits, a ton, and I mean a ton of balls from the ball pits were in the foam pits. Barely any of the foam cubes were cubes anymore. $34 is an absolutely outrageous price for something I could do much better for $8 at Elevate. $34. Like, what???? All of the arcade games are beaten up and look like they were bought on Facebook or something. There were no dodgeballs in the dodgeball area, which was really disappointing. That deserves money back, but I signed a waver, so that idea is out the window. I'm not saying I'm young enough to care about this in particular, but the kiddy park was clearly falling apart. There was only one employee at the front desk. There used to be more employees when this place had less. I didn't even bother going to check the food prices because if the quality of the food reflected the quality of the park I would've thrown up. It's soul crushing. I'm disappointed. We had my granddaughters birthday party there on 1/18/25. Our host was horrible. He kept on arguing and talking back to me until I finally got the manager involved. I can't believe this place allows their employees to be so rude. They are severely understaffed. one person runs the concession stand and it took and hour to get our food out. There are games which only take quarters and there is a quarter machine but no ATM...somebody did not think this through. I was also overcharged but getting a hold of someone on the phone is impossible. With the number of similar places nearby, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

This summer was a blur and with various camps being offered during the downtime we were looking for something new... JACKPOT!!! This was the spot to come and chill on a hot summer day and most importantly, they offer day camps for those ones when u need to drop off. The staff is friendly whether your there for just a few hours (day trip) or for the camp. The kids enjoyed all the activities they had to offer with the walls, slides, trampolines and in camp stuff from tie-die shirts, and other arts and crafts and STEM stuff. At first, I thought they may get bored, but I was so wrong... when I came for pick up, they were like, "15 more mins please". This coming after being there for over 8 hours. The Camp offers some great games, unique fun with a twist in a private room enclosed in glass so they can still see everything around them. It's awesome as they get the opportunity to interact with other kids from other camps that are coming for day trips. Can't say much more about the staff except for being great as they did everything to really make the kids feel like part of the family in group activities and fun. The cost for a single camper is $50 and included lunch with drop off times as early as 8 am and pick up as late as 5:30pm. I'm hoping they are available with the same thing for Fall, Winter & Spring Break. If your looking for an option to let your kids hang out come join the party. Oh yeah, they also host birthday parties (but of course) and you really can't go wrong with the food they offer. We discovered Rush Xtreme from our Pogo Passes, and I'm so glad we did! They just added a huge jungle gym/toddler play area, so it has something for all ages! My kids are obsessed with all of their different activities, but their favorite is the slide that pulls them all the way up to the top. We could easily spend all day here. I wish I could leave more stars. But they have a bunch of things closed up because of a private event and so therefor they are closing at 1:30 today rather than their normal hours. The place looks like a good time and the girl up front was really nice to us. Other employees smiled at us as well. They have a diversity of trampolines, wall clamoring and different machine games. They offer a little pizza place with a couple other treats. I will have to come back another time and enjoy the place a little better. They were still building more on to it and will be exciting when done. The Skywalk was really amazing, but of course was an additional cost--$7 (not happy)! My only 'dislike' is that our kids brought they're own 'gripper' socks from another place and they weren't allowed to do certain things unless we purchased THEIR socks, so for another $5 you had to buy their socks that worked exactly like the ones we brought with us but the only difference theirs had their name one it....I thought that was petty and a rip off!!! read more

This place is actually really fun! It's the perfect place to get the kids off the video games and doing something active. It's even fun for adults who like to be active and/or find a physical challenge to be exciting! It's a huge place with lots of space for kids to run rampant and tire themselves out. The have junk food, a few arcade games, table games and relaxing massage chairs. Don't let The rock wall mislead you! It's much harder than it looks but if you reach the top, it's so rewarding! The last time I went, I took my 2 boys, 17and 8, on a weekday during the summer and we had the whole place to ourselves for a good 3 hours! We had a blast and the staff was super nice and friendly. Just went to Gravity Extreme Zone today for the first time and what a cool place! I brought my 5 and 7 years old boys and they loved it! Lots of trampolines, things to climb and, their favorite - two foam pits! We stayed for a couple hours and they are thoroughly wiped out and happy. Also, all the staff were kind and friendly and we especially appreciated the manager, Ian. He helped us several times during our visit and was a pleasure to work with. This was fun! I'm a 26 year old and my BF and I went and were for sure surrounded by 10 year olds- but still fun. The cubes were a little dusty but what're you gonna do. This place looks brand new! Very spacious inside. You can book parties here. This place is better then jump street. Bought a Groupon for my brothers & cousins. When we came on the street it looked like an office building on the outside but when you went inside it was huge. I'm surprised it wasn't that loud. No yelling or screaming really. Wished there was better ac inside cause it was a bit warm in there. So we walked in and the first thing they tell you to do is sign a waiver so you make an account, put everyone's name under the account & sign the waiver. Wasn't a big line and there were 4 computers. After that we went to the front desk and they found out waivers plus she found my Groupon! I'm surprised cause I always have to show my Groupon code but they found it electronically. Also if you have grip socks bring them you will save $2.50. If not you can buy them here. So they have dodge ball, regular trampolines to jump, basketball trampoline, foam pit, bungees, rock wall, skywalk, stairway to heaven, leap of faith, drop slide & vr. The rock wall you use their shoes that they provide but I suggest you use your socks cause the socks they give you are to thick for the shoes. Also the skywalk goes around the whole building basically. Also I recommend gloves for this because you might get blisters. Also they have food here to buy. read more

Kids had a blast and so did the adults. Lots of opportunity to have fun with the kiddos. From rock climbing to arcade games to trampolines. Extremely dirty there is trash everywhere. Honestly looks like it has never been cleaned all surfaces were sticky. A lot of the arcade games took our quarters, the foam pit had trash and the foam pieces were all broken. For how much you pay I would go somewhere else. read more
