These people made it easy and comfortable for my kiddos. They are very attentive and sensitive to the fears and trepidation that comes with little ones going to the dentist. They quickly develop a plan and help you and your kids see it through. Dr. Saucier is knowledgeable, quick, and compassionate. Her attention and ability to adjust on the fly is impressive. The people at the front desk, from reception to appointments and payments are professional, friendly and courteous. Bar none. Every one of them has a great personality and are ready to help you with anything. This is difficult to find at a dentist office. At least the hygienist would be a grump, right? Wrong. They have multiple hygienists and all are delicate and very helpful with your children. However today I received yet another message regarding my due bill from our visit last October. At the time of service there was a glitch in my insurance and our child wasn't listed on the plan. It's since been corrected and I have contacted the office NO LESS than 6 times to resolve. All they need to do is re-run the claim and my insurance will cover it at 100%. They don't provide an email address so each time I call I've either left a detailed message or spoken to someone who assures me it will be handled. Yet today, I received another message about this $300 bill. So here I am, hoping someone sees my frustration. We already had a less than stellar visit with our two small children -- waiting 45 minutes after cleaning to see the dentist; asking me to sit my 11 month old baby in the dental chair and hold his hands and feet down; pushing forward with the dental cleaning while my 3 year old is sobbing. Appointments are really easy to get and they're flexible if you need to cancel. I like that they put Netflix on for you while you wait or are being worked on. It eases some anxiety over someone working in your mouth. I think they work with relatively new hygienists and assistants and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation between my assistant and the doctor yesterday while my teeth were being cleaned. It showed a real camaraderie between them and the excitement of the assistant with all she's learning. The doctor was a little behind but again, having something to watch kept me entertained. They're a great service and I'm glad it's not too far from home.
