Dr. Yang must have arrived here in the time that I was away, but she has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Her and Miranda did a thorough job numbing me before even using traditional lidocaine so I didn't feel anything at all (which I was very nervous about). I was coming in for a re-filling of a molar that might have turned into a root canal, but they were able to clean and fill out the cavity underneath my prior filling. The front office staff is always so kind, helpful and professional, while still being funny and connecting with clients. They offered payment plans in case of a root canal, and always follow up on appointments, etc. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the area and I hope Dr. Yang stays close by as well! I had been told for years that I'd eventually need to get crowns on every single one of my teeth…read more Unfortunately I was blessed with really short teeth that have very little enamel, plus I grind in my sleep. There was no way I could afford $1,000-$2,000 per tooth. I did tons of research trying to find a place to do my crowns at a reasonable price. I was honestly hoping I could get by with just a few veneers or maybe just a few crowns. Dr. Poest and staff were honest with me and told me with the way my teeth and jaw are, veneers or a few crowns in front wouldn't work. I already knew that was going to be the response. They weren't pushy, told me if I didn't want to proceed that was fine. I was determined to get my smile fixed, though, so I went ahead. The whole process was great. I got to pick out the shape of the teeth, how much of a curve or sharpness, the length, even the shade of white. Everything went smoothly and within a few weeks I had a brand new smile. All for wayyyyy cheaper than a traditional dentist. Thank you to Dr. Poest and staff! I absolutely love my new smile!

I was petrified to get two crowns and all the drilling and such, but let me tell you, he is the gentlest dentist of my long life. He took special care to insure my comfort and fear. I will never go to another dentist but him again. His helper Ms. Pam held my hand the first time and calmed my extreme fear. The second crown was a breeze because they took such good care of me the second time. When I say I have a phobia, I mean I have a phobia. My name is Cheryl Turner and this will come out on google as my granddaughter who set this up to post this. I will sing Dr. Wangs praises forever. They take a picture every time you go in and put it on a little card. They give us a tooth brush and tooth paste every visit. Dr Ana's is a very nice and friendly dentist! They also failed to tell me that my insurance was not in network, which previously it was, and my bill was over $200 more to which the manager was apathetic and tried to explain it. You can't explain away the lack of training and due diligence of front office staff. I would have cancelled the visit if I knew I was now out of network because there are plenty who are covered by the insurance that I pay for. 0 stars, the experience for the kids is crap and then you pay $$$ for that.
