Her and Miranda did a thorough job numbing me before even using traditional lidocaine so I didn't feel anything at all (which I was very nervous about). I was coming in for a re-filling of a molar that might have turned into a root canal, but they were able to clean and fill out the cavity underneath my prior filling. The front office staff is always so kind, helpful and professional, while still being funny and connecting with clients. There was no way I could afford $1,000-$2,000 per tooth. I did tons of research trying to find a place to do my crowns at a reasonable price. I was honestly hoping I could get by with just a few veneers or maybe just a few crowns. Dr. Poest and staff were honest with me and told me with the way my teeth and jaw are, veneers or a few crowns in front wouldn't work. I already knew that was going to be the response. They weren't pushy, told me if I didn't want to proceed that was fine. I was determined to get my smile fixed, though, so I went ahead. The whole process was great. I got to pick out the shape of the teeth, how much of a curve or sharpness, the length, even the shade of white. Everything went smoothly and within a few weeks I had a brand new smile.
