My friend was offered a teaching position, completed all onboarding paperwork, signed a one-year contract, and had already begun preparing for the school year. A full month went by with everything moving forward--only for her to receive a sudden phone call informing her that the position was no longer hers. Why? Because a former teacher, who had initially said she would not return after maternity leave, had changed her mind. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. To onboard someone, have them sign a contract, and then revoke that offer due to indecisiveness on the school's part is not only disorganized but incredibly disrespectful to educators who are committed to making a difference. If this is how they treat their staff before the school year even begins, I can only imagine the instability it creates for the students and families who rely on consistency. Proceed with caution--both as a parent and as a potential employee.

To me, that says everything. He absolutely loves the Summer Camp program. He knows exactly what to wear each day, gets excited about the field trips, reminds me when it's Water Day, and even tells me not to forget his water bottle because the teachers always make sure the children stay hydrated. It's clear that the staff puts a lot of thought and care into every activity. What I appreciate the most is the dedication of the entire team. Even when they are incredibly busy, they always greet families with a smile, take the time to answer questions, and genuinely try to accommodate each family's needs. You can tell they truly care about the children and work hard to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment. No school is perfect, but the love, effort, and commitment this staff shows every day deserve to be recognized. I also love that each age group has its own playground designed for their developmental stage, while still having opportunities to spend time outdoors and enjoy playing together. What stands out the most to me is the camp's commitment to keeping the older kids active. In today's world, many older children would happily spend all day indoors on electronics or just hanging out. While the camp gives them time to socialize and enjoy indoor activities, they also make sure they spend about an hour outside each day. They play games, get some sunshine, and stay active. They also have an indoor gym and a coach, and have fun exercising. I truly appreciate that balance because it's so important for their physical well being. The staff also does an excellent job making hydration a priority. The children are reminded to bring their water bottles outside, teachers always have pitchers of water and cups available, and there's even a water fountain near the playgrounds. It's reassuring to know they are constantly looking out for the kids' health and safety, especially during the summer heat. Most importantly, my children come home smiling every day with new stories, and wonderful memories. This place has been the worst experience I have had with a daycare. This places' teachers DO NOT…read morecare about your kid. My kid came every day with scratches from there and they would never write a report about him. It was always him who hit first which was not valid. On top of this, their teachers spend most of their time scrolling through social media most commonly Facebook and Instagram, and I guarantee you that as soon as a parent walks into the room they act like they pay the most attention to your child. How do I know this you may ask? I had a second child attending this place who often would walk into the different rooms and see this behavior from mostly all the teachers except a select few. Or if they're not on a social networking site I can guarantee they are talking crap about your child. Most important of all they act a certain way with you and another with your child especially if he or she has special needs. My child who attended has special needs but they could care less he was treated badly and with no respect for his condition whatsoever. Also, let me tell you this place has a serious case of cross-contamination. They let your child's water/milk bottle touch other children's mouths. They also treat you very fake with the biggest smile and everything and your child is over on the corner crying and hurt at least that is what happened in my situation. I must say...I was impressed. Maria at the front desk was so nice, professional, and took her time giving me a tour of the school and explaining everything. I didn't feel rushed or didn't get the vibe that person didn't want to be there. The kids looked so happy! The facility was impeccable. It smelled great and all the teachers were interacting with the kids. I will be enrolling my little one in the next couple of days! The down part of it is that it's in PSN and traffic is insane in this area but I really don't care. I am willing to sit in that traffic and be at peace knowing my baby is in good hands! I'm excited!
