I can't say enough wonderful things about KidsPark! Our middle child went regularly while I was working and my husband was deployed. All the staff members were loving and kind and went out of their way to comfort my kiddo who often had separation anxiety. Now, several years later, our youngest is finally 2 and as soon as we stepped in the door, they recognized my middle child who hadn't been there for over 2 years! We don't regularly need childcare but KidsPark will always be my first choice when we do! So thankful for the wonderful ladies that work here. I can't rate the actual experience of this place as my 4 year old was the one who was here obviously, but in his words he had fun and he loved eating his lunch here. I had a doctor's appointment and didn't want my son to be running and jumping off the walls. I used the service a few times last year and had some so so experiences with it (My son was just starting Speech therapy and OT so it probably had something to do with my son) This time around, we had NO problems. We did have to pay a family reactivation fee, but my son was happy to go and play for the 2 hours I left him. They do offer lunch and dinner for $4 and the hours are very convenient for the working parent or for those of us that want date nights or a coffee date with friends without our kids breathing down our necks. One thing that I LOVE about this place is that they take children in diapers. My son is autistic and still has to wear pull ups due to accidents so if your child is struggling with potty training, don't be afraid to send your child in. This place was recommended to me so I brought my daughter here while I went to an interview. She was checked in for about two hours, and in those two hours she lost her socks and shoes (we had to leave without the socks because neither of the two staff members could find them) and I was under the impression that all the children needed to have shoes on at all times. The other big issue was that as soon as I walked in, my daughter spotted me and was able to immediately busy through the gate that should have been locked. She reeked of poop which I had to scrub off her skin in the back of my car before leaving. I understand the diaper changing policy but children should not be made to run around with poop on their skin to the point where it dries to them. I really feel like the staff to child ratio is impossible and the two women working looked stressed/exhausted to the max. I definitely won't be going back. read more

I love this place! My work is so unpredictable and there are times where I need a sitter within the hour. My kids are 2 and 4 and have been going here occasionally for a few months. The staff is super nice and my kids always say they had a great time. They even ask to go on days where a sitter is not needed! Only thing that would make me 150% comfortable with this place and allow me to drop them off more is if they had a code or system on the door so strangers can't walk in and out as they please.... Only thing that makes me nervous. Hopefully that's something the owner could work on to give us parents more peace of mind. read more

Kids park concept is such a necessity and they do a good job. No reservations needed. Just drop you child off whenever needed and they can stay for half hour or 10 hours. To date the longest my son has gone here has been around 6 hours since he still goes to his regular day care when I work. They offer evening and weekend hours here though which most daycares don't so it's a great backup if I ever need off hour coverage. Overall I've been pleased with them however they increased their prices in 2019 and it difficult to use the discount coupons they send out. I read more

My daughter has been coming here for over a year now. The staff was able to kick start potty training and it almost seemed effortless because it was so easy. I want to say she had one or 2 accidents at school and none at home. I love the staff and my daughter is happy when i pick her up. The hours and price is great! Nice to have a flexible place that i can trust. My parents and in-laws live out of town. So we don't always have a sitter. My 4-year old nephew really loves it here. When he first started going he had never been left with anyone outside of family and had a lot of separation anxiety. It was a very difficult transition, but I wanted him to be ready for kindergarten. Alda and Christina were great at helping me with the transition. They were patient and very understanding. They worked with me by letting me leave him for just 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, etc. as we slowly worked our way up. He's been going for 5 months now and he really enjoys it. We weren't sure how our kids (ages 2 and 4) would do being dropped off at a new place but to our surprise they went right in and started playing. When we came back after dinner they didn't want to leave and our 4 year old had to go back twice to hug all her new friends and teacher goodbye. This is a great place to drop off kids. They offer a food option as well for only 8 bucks. The check-in/checkout is easy and not appointment needed. The cost is like 8 bucks for on child per hour and I believe 12 bucks for two kids. Good place...easy drop off, fast, safe, and kids seems to have fun. Friendly staff. read more

Honestly I'm not the one to leave reviews! But I just need everyone to know this place is a lifesaver! We leave our kids here few times a month so we can have a date night or just so they can have fun playing and interacting with other kids. It's inexpensive and fun !!
