We had all the waivers signed ahead time so the check-in process went very quick and flawless. The employees were friendly one guy is a little high strung, but I guess that's good for the kids and getting them pumped up. The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired as does the party area. That being said the laser tag area was very cool with lots of places to hide and reset your gun. There is also a parent watch area you can stand in inside the laser area which is also cool. We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Armageddon Laser Tag and unfortunately the overall experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Our laser tag session was scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM, with access to the party room at 2:15 PM for setup, as clearly outlined on their website (15 minutes for setup, 1 hour of laser tag, and 30 minutes afterward for pizza and cake). We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM, only to find that the previous party was still fully occupying the party room, and their pizza hadn't even arrived yet. There was no opportunity for us to set up as agreed. The previous party did not leave until 2:45 PM, which was already 30 minutes into our agreed upon time. We had booked the Silver Package, which advertises that the entire arena is closed to the public during your party time. Instead, guests were arriving with nowhere to settle and no clear transition between parties. To make matters worse, my husband had to spend the beginning of the party outside in the parking lot directing traffic and helping kids who were being dropped off because the parking lot was congested due to the previous party not leaving yet. Rather than being able to welcome guests and enjoy the start of the party, he was managing logistics outside. The chaotic start created so much stress that I, as the mom hosting the party, was incredibly overwhelmed and not able to truly enjoy the rest of the celebration. While the kids didn't seem to notice and genuinely had a great time once the laser tag game started, the staff running the games were very kind and engaging, but the overall party experience was anything but smooth. To his credit, the owner, Eric, did extend our party by 15 minutes and added a buy-one-get-one coupon to the goodie bags after we asked for some type of compensation. That gesture was appreciated. However, the core issue remains: the parties are scheduled too close together with no buffer time for proper transition, room reset, or parking turnover. For $575 plus tax for the Silver Package (which includes four MEDIUM pizzas and one drink per child), I expected a far more organized and stress-free experience. Adding even 15 minutes between parties would significantly improve customer satisfaction and prevent situations like this. Cutting it that close may maximize bookings, but it sacrifices the overall experience for families. The laser tag itself was great. The party coordination was not. Until scheduling and transition logistics are improved, I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here. read more

We booked our 12-year-old's birthday here. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST LASER TAG EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD. It was age 10 to age 50. We all agree it was insanely fun and better than we anticipated! first impression. The outside looks meh. Walk in and It's one big room and we had the whole place to ourselves. When u play, the lights go off and black lights go on. The tag worker we had is very present and walking around to ensure safety &no cheating. As a parent I liked that. The kids didn't even notice. We had 8 people playing (he said they can accommodate 20 or more) There were three or four picnic benches to sit down and eat outside the course and off to the side. We ordered Pizza Hut to be delivered and brought our own cake. They have an interactive VR game (u are buckled in with headgear) off to the back that my son got to enjoy after his laser tag (one experience for free) any other sessions on it cost $5-12 We did that at the end. There was one worker there and it was a middle-aged gentleman. He was nice enough and explained things well Be warned: if you have a very inquisitive child, he gets edgy with excited kid interruptions and questions that he's already covered. That was NOT enough to dissuade us though. We would come back here again in a heartbeat....it was THAT MUCH FUN. We started late and he gave us extra time to compensate... That was amazing! He explained things very thoroughly. (Party was 630p-830p and he still let us go late because people showed up late. THATS such a nice touch and unexpected) We had an hour and a half to play laser tag. In that 1 1/2 play, we had 6 to 8 minute missions that go back to back with explanations by him each time. . You do not just run around and shoot people for each mission. Theres actual THINGS to do and focus on in addition to going after each other. They have areas to hide and a sniper tower on each side. Each 6-8 minute session had a mission. For example... There were empty supply boxes in the middle of the room. With a team on each end of the room, and the lights out with the black lights on, we had to run to the middle grab a box and run it back to our safe space without getting shot.. If you got shot during that time you had to set the box down and run to reset your gun. Any box sit down, was fair game for the other team, boxes in your safe zone was also fair game for the other team to steal, only one box is permitted to be picked up at a time. So you had to grab, protect urself AND ur boxes from being stolen. At the end of the 6 to 8 minutes, he counts who has the most boxes. That was just one of many missions we did. Another nice touch was leaving the mission picks up to the birthday boy. They also did a few awesome pictures at the end with us posing (we used our own phone for pic) and a free be game for birthday boy. He also got a few souvenirs of a squirt mug and a rocket for another free play. Seriously the best bday party we've ever had. Give this place a try. You will not be sorry! From the outside it looks really crappy. On the inside with the lights on it looks mediocre. But once you start playing it is so much fun! read more

We had a great experience there! Jacob was very accommodating and they had a lot of great different missions that we could play. We started a few minutes late and he accommodated and we played a little bit later as well. Took the daughter and The Grands and it was FUN even for this senior pacifist, ha. And pretty good exercise to boot. Our host, Jacob, did a great job communicating goals and rules for each game and giving us 'Pro Tips'. The kids had an absolute blast, especially when it was kids versus adults (the kids won). I would not recommend this place for laser tag. The reasons I would not recommend this place are that the staff have no care for the game and are just there for the money, the rules seem inconsistent, and the whole facility feels like they bought every thing from the dollar store. The wife wanted to take our two boys (8 and 11) to do laser tag. I was a bit skeptical about laser tag inside a mall setting. I figured it would be difficult to spend an hour inside doing laser tag. Well, I was wrong! There were a bunch of different missions to choose from and an hour goes by FAST! I would recommend bringing a bottle of water or two (you will get hot and thirsty) I would also recommend wearing dark pants and a dark t-shirt or even camo. Our family had a blast! This was a great time for parents and kids. The guns are incredible and accurate. The owner is a great guy and really helped make the experience. We will be back!! You will get hot....but you won't care as you light up your friend or child. They have a lot of options for different games. Team Deathmatch, Domination and Free-For-All. We did TDM. Also within each game, you can use machine guns or sniper. It's easy to have fun and get a little exercise. read more
