I live in Austin, so honestly I was not expecting much when it came to Beaumont, Texas having a decent jump park. To my surprise, it's great! HUGE floor plan, with a party area, arcade games, snack bar and different jumping areas. The huge trampoline jump part is separated by different age groups...but i'll be honest, the signs didn't keep my little sisters from going to whatever part they wanted - they can't read! There's a designated toddler area also. The place is extremely clean, thankfully, and the staff was nice. The only weird thing to me is the "no denim" part. Out of all the parks I've been to, this is the only one that refuses to allow denim materials to be worn. I asked, out of curiosity/shock and it turns out that the denim material wears away at the trampolines. Makes sense. tl;dr Clean, large jump park. Don't wear denim.

Directly across from toddler zone. A large drop off with exposed metal bars, was roped off by only a chain and some yellow tape.

What an interesting place! We were looking for place to kill some energy and this was the perfect…read moreplace. Upon entering we were greeted, paid ($25 for play, $5 arcade, slice of pizza, socks and a drink), stamped, and let in. The play space was jammed pack! Full of children and parents. All along the walls are large black chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids. I'm not gonna lie. This place is a lot and I wouldn't recommend this place to parents/ guardians younger than 4-5 y/o. It's hard for adults to see their kids unless they are in the "playground" with them. Which can be tight and awkward. All in all it's okay.

Usually love this place, great pricing and safe space to let your little ones play. I watched a mother trying to aid her child who had just had an accident. (peed at the front steps of the first play area) This mother asked not one, but THREE staff members for either napkins or some sort of wipe to clean her child and the play area up. Why did the staff find it appropriate to stand behind the front desk giggling in this mother's face about her child peeing? Not only did they not help this mother get any form of paper towels, but they felt the need to also gossip about this to the other staff members that passed by... the only person I saw actually attempt to clean the area in a timely manner was a young man in a blue and red flannel. Luckily I had some baby wipes on me and was able to give these to the mother to clean her child up. I am severely disappointed with today's staff and I hope the manger at minimum speaks with them about their unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

I have only been here with my kiddos attending birthday parties. We have not actually booked one…read morehere so sorry I can't provide an details on booking and execution. But as a guest my kiddos have tons of fun! As a parent I liked that there is a specific time frame then it's go home! No lingering and they can't go back to the other rooms to play. Also after we had our first experience here, I quickly realize that if you get an invitation and this is the venue then do not be late! I say that because there are 2 play rooms with different inflatable fun for the kids. Each room is timed...not sure the specific time but if I had to roughly guesstimate then I would say it is 30 minutes in the first room. Then they let you know it's time to move to the next room, filled with different inflatable fun, so they have the kids line up then they open the doors. Kids run in and go have more fun..now I believe this room is also 30 minutes. I'm not 100% certain but since the bday parties usually last 2 hours then I safely assume. Then once the time is up in the second room they line up the kids and take them to the party room. There is a throne where the bday kid gets to sit while we sing happy birthday and they blow out their candles. Oh also before they enter the party room for food and bday cake/cupcake they have everyone sanitize their hands. Now if you are late like we were to our first party here then they didn't get a lot of time to play. We had arrive where my kid got maybe 5-10 minutes to play in the first room then moved to the second room. Once the party was over and it was time to leave my kid wanted to go back to.the Inflatable rooms to play. I told her it wasn't that kind of party and plus another bday party was occupying the rooms. If you are late or going to be late then sign the waiver online ahead of time. Because if you do it there then It takes away more time for your kid to play. If you arrive early then there is a safety video that everyone watches before going into the rooms. If you forget to bring a water bottle then there is a water fountains that the kiddos can quench.their thirst with and go back to playing. I know there are add on items because we have been to come of the parties there where they have a balloon drop and bubbles. It is located in a shared shopping center but since we always attend parties on the weekend then there are no issues with parking. As a guest it is fun, seems organized, and we can leave right when the party ends. Haha If you decided to have a birthday party here then be sure to invite us! Haha JK jk.
