Her extractions were thorough but gentle. My skin felt noticeably lifted and refreshed afterward. Beyond her expertise, Sohana has such a warm and lovely personality that made the whole visit feel relaxing and special. The quick foot and hand massage were a nice bonus. The place itself was clean, smells pleasant, and comfortable. And all the products are her own brand - Moksha. She also used a few things on me but didn't really explain what she was doing. I had to ask but even then it wasn't a detailed explanation. I remember a warm prickly thing and also a cold tool. The only thing she explained was the extraction but she warned that it wasn't going to be comfortable. Overall I still enjoyed the facial and the massage. I appreciate that she definitely knew what she was doing and seemed confident in the facial based on the movement and pressure she applied. The massage itself was also nice and the bed was warm the whole time, but I don't think I had the full 60 minute treatment. It felt more like 50 minutes. If the tools were better explained to me and if the products were less oil based + if I had the full 60 minutes, I would give this place better marks. But it was still an enjoyable time.

The texture is not too heavy or greasy. It should be stored in a cool place or else it will melt. I also don't need to apply it very often. The vital castor hemp shampoo is good. It moisturizers and cleanses without stripping my natural hair and making it dry. It acts as a shampoo and conditioner..I am not used to that. I hope lulu's creates a conditioner soon I really enjoyed the yoni treatment scrub. I use it on my underarms, vaginal area and elbows. It exfoliates and helps clarify the skin. It pairs well with the conscious butter. I brought a second container on my last visit for maintenance. The store environment is nice and serene..no one harasses the clients while they are trying to shop although the staff is available for questions.
