The entire staff is trained by the well respected surgeon, Dr. Russo of Newton and you can tell he holds them to a high standard of excellent service. My tattoo was ruined when I got laser hair removal here. When Rose went over my tattoo I told her it hurt a lot and she denied that she made a mistake and went over my tattoo. It burned soooo badly but Rose still acted as if nothing was wrong. Rose ended up calling me and leaving me a voicemail apologizing for going over my tattoo. But she never admitted to her mistake or said sorry to me in person. The next few weeks I continued to take pictures of my tattoo and sent them to the manager. My tattoo was ruined because the laser hair removal machine is not supposed to be used over tattoos. Management handled this incident terribly. They originally told me they would take care of the cost for fixing my tattoo. I saw a few tattoo artists and they said they won't tattoo over fresh burns. So I waited 2 years to finally get it fixed. I reached out to management again and they have been consistently ignoring me. To make my experience even worse, every time I had an appointment, I had a different person. This place is not organized at all and there was zero communication between each other. So each session they were using the exact same settings. So laser hair removal didn't even fucking work for me. All I got out of this place was a ruined tattoo. Do NOT go here for laser hair removal unless you want to waste a ton of money. I waited a long time to post this review- I wanted to write this as soon as the incident happened but I decided to give this company a chance to make things right with me. But they have been ignoring me for months now and refuse to pay me for the tattoo that I had to get fixed.

I like that they have little stations set up with mirrors, applicators and makeup removers so that you can try products on before making decisions as to what looks best or what to buy. The sales associates on the sales floor are also very good with product recommendations and tips. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to assist their customers. The checkout process is always easy and lines move fast even when the store is busy. Sephora also has a loyalty program that you can join that allows you to earn points on your purchases that can later be redeemed for free products and every year you will get a birthday gift during your birthday month. However, when I was in the office, I was told that I would want to do three treatments, because if I did anything less, my arms would be splotchy. I would never have begun this process if I thought the cost would be potentially double. I let the owner know that this was never disclosed, and she did not reply. She just forwarded my email onto someone else who told me the owner was on vacation for a month. On top of that, after one of my treatments, I was bruised badly. The owner told me that this was not a bruise and is normal. Yet, four months later, I still have remnants of a bruise on my chest and I have to go elsewhere to spend thousands to fix what was started on my arms.

The bad part: The sports jacket had to be ordered in my size. It arrived yesterday, not in a box, but stuffed directly into a small plastic envelope.a I took everything back to the store and opened the package there. The jacket was not my size, although a paper tag had been attached to the sleeve contradicting the interior label. It also looked like someone had stepped on it. I learned that the jacket is not (or no longer) in stock in my size. I returned everything, down to the socks. Good part: The return was handled graciously, down to the alterations fee. Bad part: I've wasted almost four hours (I live half-an-hour from the store); I have to start over again; and who knows if I can find anything as nice again? I frankly can't get over order fulfillment deliberately mislabeling clothing that they knew wouldn't fit, and abusing a beautiful garment to save perhaps two dollars on shipping and packaging. Thank you to the staff who helped me, but regretfully I won't be back.
