Despite how busy it gets, the staff does a great job helping everyone. They also offer shipping, which is a huge plus if your purchases won't fit in your suitcase. The smaller stores at the back are rather small and I believe are lacking a variety to choose from. They just don't carry a good amount of items. Some of those specific stores you can quickly be in and out because you've looked at everything. I think the food options are great and are tasty. It's hard to go wrong with food trucks. Some food trucks have a little bit of a line and some don't have any lines. They do have a specific drink truck that only sells tea and that line can get very long, but it does go quick because it's only drinks. Honorable mention, the baking shop is phenomenal! They have a great pavilion with a turf play area. With kick balls and cornhole to play. They also have a turf baseball field for kids to play baseball at. Overall, the place is well maintained and very clean. If there is a mess somewhere, they are pretty quick to get on top of it to clean. The store was packed full of people which told me that I was in the right place. There is a great selection of almost everything. When you have the word boot in your name, you had better have a great selection, and they did. Clothing galore. If you can't find it, then they probably don't make it. The selection of hats, however, was pretty lackluster and out of my size in the higher end hats. The staff were amazing. They were all dressed professionally with the men all wearing blazers and all willing and ready to help. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I needed but look forward to coming back on my next visit to Waco.
