march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

Additionally Jason(Alpine) charged me for four(4) mini-splits and I only recieved three(3) and one(1) condenser. I knew of his reputation from a heating help board I had been on in the past and knew he was the guy I wanted for my install. When Gary says he'll be there at 7am you better believe him. He showed up on time and went right to work. His lead plumber came shortly after and drove what I'd call a mobile plumbing shop. These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. The quality of the work was beyond impressive and we couldn't be happier! Btw, the boiler is a Viessmann and it's awesome, I can monitor it from my phone and on a recent trip I was able to lower the domestic hot water while we were away which saved us gas.

They clearly canceled their oil delivery, received confirmation of that cancellation, and were shocked when the company delivered the oil anyway--then charged them around $700 and refused to take responsibility. The explanation given was essentially "we delivered it, so you have to pay," despite the prior cancellation. From the outside looking in, this feels incredibly wrong. Charging someone for a service they explicitly canceled--after confirming that cancellation--is not just poor customer service, it's a serious breach of trust. If you're considering doing business with them, I would strongly recommend being cautious, especially about putting a credit card on file. Based on what I witnessed, this situation could easily happen again. On top of everything, the way the situation was handled afterward only made it worse--no accountability, no meaningful resolution. I have an old style radiator heating system that suddenly just went last night. It happened very late so out of despair I called Integrity almost at 11pm without much hope. But my phone got picked up. It was Mike. He asked me briefly what was the matter and asked me for the address. He promised to come as early as he could because he also had several jobs lining up for him to take care of. We texted each other. Early this morning, he was on his way. It turned out the water level was very low. So he did his magic and voila, just within an hour, he texted me and said it got fixed. Amazingly the heat came back on. He also suggested that the boiler needs some maintenance work. His service charge is also very reasonable. So we will invite him to do the regular maintenance for us. Mike is such a wonderful person, very professional, very courteous and thoughtful. I would recommend Integrity and Mike.

He came out and only did something to adjust the water on the furnace, didn't look at my radiators which is where my concern was. I brought him in the bathroom to see what I was asking him to look at. He said he saw it through the vents. Never even looked at it and charged me $100. He also said he would give me a senior discount. Think I got that? I got nothing and he got $100. Don't do it. This guy is not cool. Don't know who showed up at the other reviewer's homes because it couldn't have been the same guy. I was so shocked I couldn't even speak for myself.
