After he remedied the issue, he took a walk-through the basement with me. Keep in mind, this was a three week old purchase so I was not greatly familiar with everything in the house. At our house they installed inadequate size pipes, did not insulate hot water pipes under a concrete floor, improperly installed radiators with no controls and put in a bathroom vent pipe at such a skewed angle (not plumb) that the first winter bent it over tearing a hole in the raised seam metal roof so that entire section of metal roofing had to be removed to replace the bent pipe and the metal roofing. BEWARE OF THESE HACKS!!! We have spent more replacing and repairing their shoddy work then we paid them to do it in the first place.
