I recently went into Bob Tyler Toyota looking to sell my Lexus outright and lease a new vehicle,…read moreand the entire experience was excellent. I am admittedly a bit pushy--I know exactly what I want and how I want it. The team here didn't blink an eye at that; they worked hard to figure it out and deliver exactly what I was looking for. I walked away getting an amazing amount for my Lexus and a great monthly price on my new lease. What sets this dealership apart is the authentic customer service. Dropping a large amount of money is stressful, and people naturally have their guard up. But everyone here immediately puts you at ease. It doesn't feel like a sales tactic; they are just good people who want to see you leave happy rather than just making money off of you. While I was there, I overheard the other reps talking with their customers, and every single conversation I heard was warm, genuine, and personable. The specific team members who took care of me went completely above and beyond. Victoriah was the salesperson who helped get me into my new 4Runner. She was incredibly kind, and we had a great time chatting about personal stuff throughout the process. I watched her juggle myself and another customer who was buying a car at the same time, and even with her hands full, she remained completely attentive. A true 10 out of 10! Then there was Hayden, who worked with finance and on the floor. I only spoke with him for a little while, but he was very nice, knowledgeable and gave me real hope right off the bat that we could get a great deal together--and they delivered. When it came time for the paperwork, Jason in finance made getting through everything quick, seamless, and thorough. He clearly let me know what the dealership offered for coverage but was never pushy about making me buy it. He was fun to joke around with, which made the final financial steps a breeze. Chris, the floor manager, was the one who made this deal happen and approved my numbers. I later found out he mentioned that while I was getting a really good deal on this lease, it was worth it because he knew he'd make a loyal customer out of me--and he was 100% right. Chris was great to talk to; we chatted a lot about business and cars. Later, when I came back to buy weatherproof mats and the retail desk wasn't open yet, Chris personally walked me to the back to make sure the parts got ordered. To top it all off, I was briefly introduced to Mr. Tyler himself. I made sure to tell him what an amazing experience I was having, and he said that's exactly why he tries to be there every day--to ensure things are running right. As a business owner myself, I respect that commitment to his business and his employees deeply. The personal touch matters the most in these situations, and Bob Tyler Toyota nailed it. As long as I live in the area, they have a loyal customer for life. If you want a stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, go see this team!

My wife went there today to look at some 4 runners and trade in a bronco…read more She left within 10 minutes because they told her that they wouldn't do a deal with her because she's not on the Bronco; it's only me. This is complete garbage and shows an utter lack of professionalism. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about how badly my wife was treated. The totally inept salesman there was named Benjie or something like that. Avoid this place and especially avoid that melon named benjie.

I didn't think they would necessarily be able to help me out that quickly on a drop in basis. Well, the service tech, Jeremy, took a look and said wait just a minute. He came back and said pull right up in that lane and see Miss Bridget. I did and she said they'd help me out. Took my keys and directed me to the customer waiting area. Speaking of the customer waiting area... it is really nice. Comfortable furniture, water, coffee, snacks, etc. just some really nice touches! Anyway, I needed some directions and interrupted Miss Ashley twice who happily escorted me both times to where I needed to be! I'm not sure how ratings can be so low for this establishment. The crew is awesome! From the front of the store staff to the pit crew! I will definitely be back!

Changing deal numbers, condescending finance managers, and errors in buyers orders with no…read moreaccountability...If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor- by all means buy your car from them. See review below from 6 months ago from Mark - very similar situaton with Adam from finance. I don't know the name of the finance manager I reference below but judging by the description of his behavior, I would say it's the same person. Unprofessional and condescending. Everything was all set with the original price as far as financing, down payment cashier check. The night before I drive over three hours to pick up the car, I get a call from my salesman Jon (2nd time working with him and he is excellent) stating that the finance manager found an error in the initial buyers order and did not take out enough tax. Now I needed a last minute $2200 in addition!!! I was shocked and extremely disappointed, but nonetheless, I was too far in and went ahead and got the rest of the money together. On our way to pick up the vehicle and during a conference call with my credit union, salesman, and finance manager, the finance manager became very condescending on the new numbers. The numbers were very confusing as everybody in the conference call was throwing out different numbers of what I needed to complete the sale. There was $1000 discrepancy even after the extra $2200. After the finance manager accused me of "not knowing how to do math" I decided that this was not a good deal anymore and I would not want to give these people my 55K. I went ahead and canceled the deal. The very unprofessional finance manager came back with - No we're gonna cancel the deal! Ummm OK you win. I buy a brand new vehicle every three years so the loss is THEIRS. I'm not worried about finding a dealership that would appreciate my sale & one that has professional employees working there. I'm gonna take the finance manager's last piece of advice and buy my vehicle where I live
