They are pretty fast and normally the wait isn't too long. The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they would cut my eyelid a bit while threading I have a lot of baby hair underneath my eyebrows so sometimes it can get tricky. But, overall they do a good enough job for me to keep on coming back. They also have a loyalty program where if you get 10 services you get one free. The vibe in the store is pretty chill. They usually play Indian music in the background.

She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated.
