They are friendly and I love the shape of my eyebrows that I got threaded here. The one thing that bothered me is that she accidentally threaded some hair which shows as a gap on my eyebrows and when I tried telling her she said no no. Anyways yeah I might return after my hair is all grown out because I think this was a one time mistake but didn't like how she didn't own up to messing it up. Tried the microdermabrasion facial here. The service included exfoliation, steaming, extraction, scraping?, and a mask. The price was reasonable for $120 and they have coupons and packages available at times. The procedures were done well and I left feeling that my skin was hydrated, however I did not notice a difference in my pores. I am not sure that the highest quality skincare items are used - I spotted an Elf moisturizer but I cannot confirm that it was used on me. Update 1 day later: I felt my skin was hydrated and smooth. I come here for Location cleanliness and quality of work. I'm down the street from this San Ramon location and Simi is my go to Wax person, she is experienced, precise and quick. Gets the job done without any hiccups. I'm in n' out within 15 -20 mins usually. Just how I prefer these type of appts. Setting up an appointment is also super easy, online booking is the way to go. I have been going hear for about 2 years now and I have continually had an amazing experience. I usually go to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Kulvir is incredible when it comes to threading! I usually hate getting my upper lip done because it stings a lot, however I noticed that it barely hurts at all when she does it. She is also extremely fast and very kind. She talked to me throughout while I was getting my eyebrows done to make sure she was getting the shape and thickness I wanted. Sneha did an eyebrow and face combo for my threading walkin. I was quickly welcomed and helped. She removed all my darker hairs on my chin and neck and all the hair on my upper lip. San Ramon now has a PT Salon! I don't live in San Ramon, I have been going to Simran since 2011 to whichever location she is at for that day so I don't mind driving additional 15 mins from Dublin but I walked in to this place and I was amazed with the lighting, decor, feeling of spa!! It's perfect. She has all the services and Alka is great with threading!! It's their 4th location so you can tell that people love them, I can go on but I am loyal to PT salon so I will follow Simran wherever she goes to as she is the best. read more

I went for an eyebrow and chin waxing. The receptionist was very nice, but the experience with the esthetician was disappointing. She seemed upset, and I had trouble understanding what she was asking me. I had already told the receptionist what I wanted, but I had to repeat myself. She didn't remove my makeup beforehand, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the job was not well done -- there were still visible hairs around my eyebrows. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place. I've gone to many waxing salons and do this regularly, and since moving here I was hoping to find a good spot, but this wasn't it. I truly hope they improve their service. read more

I want to give 0 rating! I went there for a facial and the person who did my facial (Sneha) screwed up my face. I told her to remove my blackheads on the nose but she put so much pressure while doing the procedure that I got a horrible bruise and the black marks on my nose have not gone away even after 5 weeks !! I have a wedding to attend and my nose looks horrible now :( Please stay away from this place! The person who did my facial was not even friendly and kept looking at the clock just (and kept telling me we were running out of time) to finish the job to probably go to the next customer. This is not how a salon experience should be. I will never go there again. read more

Just moved to the neighborhood and found this locally owned waxing and threading salon! It opened up one year ago and the interior is adorable, and staff are incredibly friendly and great at what they do! I've found a new place to get my brows threaded and have Brazilian waxes done before going on vacation! I made an appointment using their app, which is easy to use and I was brought in right on time. My eyebrow threader and waxer is Simi - I highly recommend her if you have the opportunity to choose which specialist helps you!
