So I've been to this place maybe 4 or 5 times and all of my previous experiences were good. I never had problems until this last Friday when I came in. I previously was going to Dublin to get my brows done, but Kiki's is right by my house so I started coming here out of convenience. There were maybe two or three people in line, while two girls were working. I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure the girl who worked on my brows was Kiki, she had the super long hair. Again, I've never had a problem here before but this time she seemed in a rush because there were people waiting. I get that people were waiting, but that's no reason to rush through a process that effects someone's look on a daily basis. I felt as though she was totally rushing and although the threading wasn't painful, when I got home, I was mortified. She did give me a mirror to check, but I didn't see the awful job she did to my right eyebrow until I got home. My sister the following night said to me "holy sh!t dude what happened to your eyebrow"... Even after I attempted to fill in my brows to disguise my brow. I've attached a photo for your viewing pleasure. I feel like giving one star is rough, I have an extra star because the shop is really clean, and the girls are always nice.
