Without question, Dr. Becca Klobuchar is the most intuitive and well-trained veterinarian I've ever…read moreknown. She has been working with our nearly 14-year-old large-breed dog for the last three years. From our first intake/consultation and acupuncture appointment, Dr Becca has guided us on an incredible learning journey around the best approaches to support our dog's health. She has consulted on his diet and supplements, which, in and of itself, has made a transformative difference in our dog's general health and arthritis. She performs regular acupuncture appointments (she keeps a very organized and well-communicated schedule) where she's constantly talking through Max's health and considering any adjustments that would benefit him, while always honoring our approach. Max knows when Dr. Becca is en route and excitedly awaits her arrival; we know he feels amazing as a result. The fact that he still can hike 2mi/day on the trails is testimony to how well she's helped to preserve his joint function. Most critically, she actually saved our dogs life this week. He was preliminary diagnosed with a brain tumor and while we were told to arrange end-of-life care, she advocated fiercely for the possibility that Max had an infection and gave us a clear discussion guide to use with his regular vet to receive the right care. In this capacity, Dr. Becca "stays in her lane" but is always a text away, as if your pet is her pet. I've never known a veterinary professional to be this deeply compassionate, nor to possess such an encyclopedic breadth of knowledge around veterinary science while knowing precisely when to apply it and how to educate her human clients in the process. Our sweet Max would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Becca. You can be absolutely certain that every penny you invest with ZenPet will have direct returns on your pet's vitality and longevity as well as your own education as a pet parent. Finally, it bears mentioning -- Dr. Becca is great with people too. She is an absolute joy to be around. I'm eternally grateful for and in awe of the work she does; it is truly her calling.

Dr. Becca has also recommended supplements that have really helped my dog too! I am so thankful I found Zen Pet and Dr. Becca! I definitely recommend her to anyone with pets! I have been going to this vet for almost 3 years with my cat now and things initially were really…read moregreat but I've had numerous not so great experiences recently. First- 2 visits ago they had him listed as a 2 year old. He's been going there 3 years so it's not possible for him to age backwards. Plus they have his file scanned from his adoption showing his birthdate. I informed them he was 6. My most recent visit I see on his file that he is now 4. I crossed it out and changed it again back to 6. The reason this is serious to me is because they keep referencing his age when analyzing his conditions and saying blah blah "for such a young cat." But he's not 2. Or 4. He's 6. And his name also is not Oliver... I went in on a Monday and had bloodwork done. They were supposed to call the next day with results but didn't. And not the next day either. His vet had gotten sick and called out and it would've been under her specific file to call me, but given I had called inquiring I feel a different professional should've been able to at least convey the results to me more quickly. Finally, today I dropped him off at 7:45 for an ultrasound. I had been under the impression and told that it would occur between 9-12. I just called and the tech didn't even get there until after 11. Now he has to sit there for a bit longer and I had been counting down minutes to get his results. I loved this vet and I'm really sad about what's happening there. Not sure if the switched systems or something but normally they, and especially Kim, are super good at communicating and doing everything they can. Now I feel weird leaving him with them because they don't even know his name... age... when the doctor will be there...

During this difficult time, Dr. Andy and the entire staff have offered unwavering support and practical help. Sometimes the treatments seemed costly, but these veterinarians made sure to choose cost-effective options that would ensure our cats received the optimal care. When we had to make tough choices, such as whether to consult a specialist about Claire's cancer, Dr. Andy always explained the options thoroughly and made it clear that the choices such as radiation therapy or palliative treatment were ours to make. I would recommend Dr. Andy and his staff unconditionally.

I have a huge (160 lbs.) dog and three cats and we were having several problems with them that I couldn't fix no matter what I tried. So, I ended up contacting Reanna as a last resort. First, one of the cats, Bumble, used to be our daughter's cat, but she couldn't take him with her to our son and daughter-in-law's house when she moved in with them because they have a vicious cat and Bumble is super-old and frail. Bumble was peeing where he shouldn't and not eating well, so we took him to the vet but the vet said he was fine, no infection, perfectly healthy for an old cat. That's when I called Reanna. She came out to the house and met with Bumble first. After communicating with Bumble, she told me that he wanted us to know that he was afraid of eating on the kitchen table (we feed our cats there to keep Daisy from eating cat food) because he thought he might fall off and that he was peeing outside of the litter box because he was afraid our cat Buddy would attack while he was in there (Buddy thinks this is hilarious). So, we installed a cat flap into the powder room door and put Bumble's food on the floor in there. He's been eating really well ever since! And Reanna told Buddy that Bumble is too old to attack in the litter box and that he should play with Moth (3rd kitty) instead. Lo and behold, Bumble has started using the litter box again and I was super-relieved that he hadn't been acting this way because he was so upset at living with us instead of our daughter. Turns out he was fine living with us because he wasn't home alone all day anymore and he still got to see our daughter when she visits. Second, our dog, Daisy, was barking non-stop, while also seeming sad. She was born on a ranch in Kansas to be a livestock guardian but got into the hen house when she was only 3 months old, so she had to find a new home. We've had her for several years, but only recently has she started acting like this. Again, we took her to the vet first but she's perfectly healthy. After hanging out with Daisy for awhile, Reanna was able to tell us that Daisy wanted to go swimming! We'd recently visited a dog park with a pond and were surprised that Daisy took to the water right away, but didn't think much about it. Apparently swimming is her favorite thing to do and was something she learned as a baby. And now that she knew that we could take her swimming she was pining away and also angry that we weren't taking her to swim again. Well! We started taking her to swim several times a week and it made all the difference. She's cheerful and much quieter and we never would have guessed what the problem was if Reanna hadn't been able to communicate with Daisy. I can't tell you how surprised I was that Reanna really could do this. You wouldn't believe how suspicious I was of the whole idea of a human communicating with an animal at that level, but obviously she was. If you're having problems like we had, then I can't tell you strongly enough to call her. She really changed things for the better around here and my animals are so much happier!

What I didn't know was how this service can help his allergies as well (coughing, sneezing, panting). My dog warmed up to Dr. Desi immediately and she took her time explaining everything she was doing throughout her assessment and adjustment. She also helped guide me on how to properly trim and file his nails (to be honest I was terrified to do them myself and would rely on the vet or groomer to do them for us). What a difference one adjustment made! After YEARS of allergies, his coughing and sneezing has decreased dramatically over the course of a week (and after only one adjustment). He is also running and playing like he is a puppy again! I haven't seen him this energetic in a long time. I was honestly a little skeptical of this therapy when my vet recommended it to me. After seeing the results first hand, I am a firm believer that canine chiropractic care (in the hands of an experienced doctor) can make a world of difference in the lives of our four-legged family members and I specifically recommend Dr. Desi. My only regret is not calling her sooner :)
