I haven't had this good of a cleaning since I was a kid! Lana (hygienist) was gentle, careful, and extremely thorough, as well as friendly and welcoming (and patient; it seemed like my teeth needed a lot of work this time out). She took careful note of anywhere I was sensitive, and switched tools to cause me less discomfort. She checked and rechecked to make sure that there were no areas of buildup remaining. A previous dentist had told me there were problems with my enamel - Dr. Ashley and Lana checked, and found nothing awry; it was just staining, but either that dentist was trying to do upselling of some kind or just didn't pay attention. Kildaire Family Dental is definitely going to be my go-to dentist from now on. The lobby is also very comfortable, with good kid-appropriate things, and you're offered coffee or water on entry. Everything is clean and relaxing. And the take-home bag is extremely nice! They made sure I had sensitive-tooth toothpaste in there too, which was awesome. This was our first visit to Kildaire Family Dental. The wait was short and the service excellent. Everyone was professional, efficient, and concerned for the comfort of the patient. This visit was for regular checkups. The hygienists did an excellent job and were very helpful with some suggestions. We were impressed that Dr. DeSaix was concerned to answer all questions and was not in a hurry to move on. This is especially important to us, because our previous dentist just popped in for a very short time at the end of checkups, giving little time to address concerns. Another thing important to us due to our previous experience is that the billing system of Kildaire Family Dental makes sense and is easy to follow. I need a lot of work and Lana, my hygienist, was so patient and explained everything to me. They showed me the xrays and pictures and described what was going on in my mouth. She understood my anxiety and was super nice. They have earbuds, tv whatever you need to make you comfortable. The front desk people were so great. They were friendly and helped get the answers I needed regarding my coverage and payment options. Dr Desaix was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel judged or embarrassed about my teeth. Instead she came up with a plan to help get my teeth cleaned and fixed. I am switching my whole family to Dr Desaix. She was awesome. I've never feared the dentist less!! We don't have children but have recently moved to the area and have been going through the process of plugging into new doctors, gyms, etc. Both my husband and I had great 1st experiences at KFD and will not be further shopping for a new dentist. The office has lots of bells and whistles without being too much (great play area of kids in the waiting room, nice furniture. . .My husband had aroma therapy while they numbed his mouth). The hygienist was personable, and skilled and did what she needed to do quickly. The dentist came in and quickly made a connection with me, checked my mouth and we were done! read more

I always look forward to my appointment with the team at Kildaire Family Dental. Dr. Desaix is always such a pleasure to deal with and she has such a pleasant staff to work with. Each and every employee I have come across is wonderful to be around from the dental hygienists to the rest of the office admins. There's a new practice in town and they're doing everything right! Patient care at its finest, from a friendly staff (even doc's hubby Todd was at the desk learning the biz!) to painless ultrasonic equipment and high def digital imagery to modern comfortable amenities including your own personal flat screen TV tuned to your Pandora channel of choice with wireless headsets and sunglasses, who would have thought a visit to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience?! read more

Kildaire dental was AMAZING. I love their level of professionalism, patience, expertise and kindness. I am a total chicken when it comes to dental procedures and they kept me at ease and I felt no pain. I am so grateful to have this practice for myself and my children. I am being treated for gum disease - and this place is awesome. My comfort was met at all times. The procedures were well explained. I was asked throughout the procedure as to my comfort. And, because most offices are cold, I was provided a blanket for myself to stay warm as my procedure took a bit of time. Not at anytime was I uncomfortable or felt any pain. She went above and beyond to make our visits pleasant. The office is clean and in a convenient location with easy parking. Dr. DeSaix and her assistant were wonderful with my children ages 12 and 8. Every one of the staff is excellent. They communicate well, they listen (!), they were willing to spend as much time discussing my needs and options as I felt was necessary. I've always taken my children to a children's dentistry so I was a little worried about going to family dental practice. Great staff...friendly, warm place. Important to have a good team and nice atmosphere for any medical care and seems to be a great place for both. Nice amenities like music, Netflix, etc, so you be comfortable as well. Would recommend. A 2 min drive from my home and could have been going here for years is my only regret. read more

Dr. DeSaix was fantastic with my 3 children and myself! She was very knowledgeable in regards to my children's teeth and their orthodontia plan. We all had routine cleanings and X-rays. In generell I don't like any dentist:) But, I like to come here! I get good advices and I feel treated with honesty! So many dentists want to make just money while you don't know how bad your teeth are you are following the advice of your dentist! What could be unnecessary expensive! I trust Dr. De Saix! read more
