We do like this location cause it's closer however there is on person who is extremely pushy and overtakes us when we are there. If we are working with someone, as soon as she sees us she takes over and steals their commission for our sale which we do not like and it's not fair. If we say no, she does not listen and just keeps pushing things down our throats which can be frustrating. If we say we only need one thing, she won't let us leave or accept that we only need one thing. We are all for smelling new things but we don't want you to shove every perfume or cologne in the store down our throat or not listen to us.we get they make commission on sales but there is a fine line and they should still respect the customer. I felt so bad for those who had their commission stolen from them. When people get too pushy or don't listen, it ruins the experience. We honestly just try to go when that person is not there but she tend to always be there so we haven't been in a while. But we do love perfumania and recommend it to others. Just be firm with your wants and needs and don't let people walk all over you. We prefer another location at this point.

This was the worst experience ever! I called the store to inquire if product was in stock. I was…read morethen informed by a sales rep that the product was available. So, I spent money on parking (valet) and arrived at the store within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, I was advised by sales rep (named Christine) that the remaining fragrance in our expensive perfume bottle had to used or it would be thrown out before the refill could occur. As a result, my daughter and I ended up spraying all of the remaining contents from the bottle. When we handed the now empty bottle to the sales rep she said, "Oh sorry the product is out of stock." We reminded the sales rep that arrival was within less than 30 minutes and if that were the case why did she insist on the remaining usage or throw away of the product? She should have known the product was sold out and restock would be for another week before she told us to use the remaining content in the perfume. We requested to speak to the manager of the store, and she called a man named Isaiah to the front, where he introduced himself as the Manager. He stated there wasn't anything that could be done and he offered his apologies. We requested that we be compensated with either a travel size of any product or a candle for the misrepresentation and due to the fact it was not necessary to spray all of the remaining content on clothes, body and hair! Isaiah stated that it would not be possible to be compensated on anything. I requested the Regional Manager name and number to escalate the complaint because we didn't need to use the perfume. Isaiah then admitted he was only the assistant manager and the real manager's name was Gary who was out on medical/personal leave! Caution: Do not expect any type of customer service if you dare visit this location. Incompetence at the highest level and the worst customer service seen in a long time. All are in the wrong line of work! Caution before spending your next $400 dollar bottle of perfume that they mix themselves in the store. No way!

There products are limited in quantity but that is because the quality is amazing. You'll feel like royalty while shopping in this store (or better yet,make your loved ones feel like royalty by buying them something here). Perfumes, colognes, soaps, travel cases, home scents, and even a silver spoon for your baby make this a great place to go when you are in need of pampering. I was running late - because I work every year in Las Vegas - and I literally ran over to the store and I got there at exactly 950. Yelp and their business website says that they close at 10 PM. When I walked over, the door was locked and the lights were off. The woman tried to talk to me through the glass. I told her that I know that the store does not close until 10. They said the "they count the money and therefore the store closes at 9:45 PM." I suggested that they updated the website and let them know that I made a valiant effort to get there in time before they close to make a large purchase. I usually spend several thousand dollars in the store about once a year, (I have even bought their signature Tonka perfume $700) and today to be turned away at the last moment - was very devastating to me. I only come into town for a few days of the year. I would not recommend this business. I would not recommend these employees. I know they work off commission and they clearly were being lazy and just wanted to go home on a Saturday night. Also, please update your website to say that the store closes at 9:45.
