I was so impressed that you could tell them your favorite scent, your favorite place, and they would recommend a fragrance. One of our party said that Tuscany was their favorite place in the world, and they told them which fragrance would suit them. Phenomenal customer service! The store smells lovely! I've been a huge Diptyque lover for decades! Great products, but very pricey! Their candles are very potent, and they capture the scents perfectly. They've got their whole line down to perfection. Joy was exceptional in helping me search for room sprays and a body wash. Whenever I'm back visiting Vegas, you bet I'll stop by at this location. The only gripe I have is that they increase their prices every year on their products. Everything goes up, I get it, but I remember their room sprays were $60, a couple of years ago. And now, they're $83 each. Wow!!! Came by the other day I wasn't looking for myself but a co-worker who's birthday is coming up. I can't remember the sales associates name and it isn't listed on my receipt. So sad she didn't have a personal card. Either way she was lovely and have the same scent pallet, lovers of masculine smells, and she share the JG candle. Yeap I knew I was walking out with it. The candle is limited edition and smells like a 60/70s bookstore. It's light in my 600 sqft apartment. I hardly smell it unless I go outside abd come back in. I love that it's a treat. Like the Wynn Brand in doing everything top notch, impeccably beautiful and first class, the experience and fragrances of Diptyque fall right in line with this expectation. I am a practical person. I am reasonable. I understand the value of a dollar. I do suffer a bit from a self diagnosed disorder of "Top fo the Line Syndrome" though and this is where Diptyque slipped in and blindsided me. I now know the value of about $80 in the form of the beautiful candles of Diptyque. I do not have many vices, but I have decided that this is going to be one of them. In spending so much time literally at my home in 2020 due to Covid (and it appears a bit more in the first half of 2021 at least), I have upped my home fragrance game. Life is short and these small touches matter to me. This small touch makes me grateful that I can even afford these candles. I have a cat and also really have never burned many candles, most likely because of the cat. Somewhere along the line though I felt like the general retail candle world makes and sells candles that seem average, smell average and aren't luxurious. From Walmart to Hallmark, they are sold everywhere. In upping my candle game, I wanted luxurious, I wanted first class, I wanted unique. I wanted the Wynn in a candle. My Diptyque experience is now all that. After being given an Othoniel Rosa candle as a gift awhile back, I was hooked. But after coming to know this scent is a limited edition and no longer available , I stopped in to the Diptyque boutique at Wynn to investigate and understand the brand more intimately. I had the pleasure of meeting Patricia who works at this boutique. Patricia was patient and knowledgable, understanding and informative. At around $70+ for a candle, there is a art to understand, a history to know and a beauty to this brand that is an investment. She was prefessionally excellent and took the time to spend with me to share her wisdom and a bit of the history. My home is enhanced, smells luxurious and radiates the beauty of Diptyque with their candles I already own and the 34 St. Germaine candle I purchased today (Merry Christmas to me!). Be it an upscale gift that embodies the best or simply a gift to myself, I will look forward to stopping into this boutique again. read more

Diptyque is well known and loved for beautiful, high end scents - bath & body, perfume but especially candles. Meghan Markle, Beyoncé and Victoria Beckham are fans of these luxurious candles and honestly, so am I. This location is in the super fancy Wynn mall right next to Le Labo. It's apparently the largest boutique in the States and they'll happily ship to you if needed. I stopped in to check it out and was treated to excellent & enthusiastic service. Not saying I bought anything but if I did....well, just know that they carry the full line here including limited editions and seasonal items. Normally, I have purchased from Nordstrom but I think I might be switching to ordering from here because the service was so good. My purchase was beautifully packed and included some extra treats like the Diptyque holiday ornament & a good sized sample bottle of their Rose Lychee perfume. Right now I smell like a super rich fancy French lady! Definite recommend if you like the brand, or want to explore their fragrances. Yes, it's a bit expensive but you are worth it! read more

This place is sooo cute! They have candles and perfume and all kinds of home scents and cat freshener. They are on the exposure like 60 bucks for one candle but they smell amazing. The place was a bit hard to get to from outside the casino because some doors were open but for exit only. Once inside the store smells amazing- even with a mask on. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I probably smelled every scent possible that day and definitely came home with more than I went for but I had fun and enjoyed the shopping experience.
