Neal was incredibly professional and helpful, and knew the brand's scents and products like the back of his hand. He explained that I needed to ring up purchases 5 lipstick per purchase but he never said that each person could only buy 5 total, or that different credit cards required different people. On my second visit, there were two of us, and we only bought 10 lipsticks total -- exactly 5 per person, which followed the rule. But the two female staff still refused to let us purchase them, and they were extremely rude about it. When I asked for a few extra small paper bags (since we had spent a lot of money there), they denied my request, claiming I didn't use different credit cards. But I did -- I used Apple Pay, which has multiple cards loaded. Instead of checking, they just talked down to me and said I "didn't listen." Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. If there's a policy, it should be applied consistently -- not used selectively to embarrass customers. Very disappointed. Will not return.

The employee allowed us to smell different items and I got to test the scrub before I bought it. I don't use bath bombs, so we didn't purchase any, but we did get bars of bath soap and a large scrub. The pink champagne scent smells so good, definitely recommend! I'm not a huge fan of soap bars, I just don't find that they get sudsy enough sometimes and I feel that they are too messy. I don't think I'll be back for another bar of soap due to personal preference, but I absolutely love the scrub I bought here. It smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling very smooth. The worker told me, that after rinsing off the remaining scrub, it would leave my skin smooth/slick enough for a clean shave. I get laser hair removal so I haven't had the opportunity to try it out, but I'm sure it would work! Will definitely be back to purchase more body scrub!
