I've been coming here for the last decade to get make up, perfume and lipsticks. I've spent thousands of dollars in the store. I was running late - because I work every year in Las Vegas - and I literally ran over to the store and I got there at exactly 950. Yelp and their business website says that they close at 10 PM. When I walked over, the door was locked and the lights were off. The woman tried to talk to me through the glass. I told her that I know that the store does not close until 10. They said the "they count the money and therefore the store closes at 9:45 PM." I suggested that they updated the website and let them know that I made a valiant effort to get there in time before they close to make a large purchase. I usually spend several thousand dollars in the store about once a year, (I have even bought their signature Tonka perfume $700) and today to be turned away at the last moment - was very devastating to me. I only come into town for a few days of the year. I would not recommend this business. I would not recommend these employees. I know they work off commission and they clearly were being lazy and just wanted to go home on a Saturday night. Also, please update your website to say that the store closes at 9:45. read more

The legendary quality of Guerlain is long dead and gone. Instead whats left is a low quality brand with even lower quality customer service. They sold me a perfume that was defective and leaked from the top. Customer service told me they only handle e-commerce purchases and this store told me they don't do returns or exchanges but will grant me a replacement as a rare exception. I agreed to that but no one followed up after multiple calls and I'm now stiffed out of hundreds of dollars. Don't buy from this location, in fact, don't buy from this house - they don't care for their clients. If you decide to, open your purchase on the spot. read more

Theodore Bailey was the sales associate on staff that morning & together we went on a journey of some of the top fragrances that I had scoped out previously to experience, and a few of the SA's suggestions. I ended up purchasing Paris Patchouli and Habit Rouge Spirit. He also suggested I try Tonka Sarrapia Extrait 75 and Vanille Planifolia Extrait 21 when I showed interest in the Guerlainade Extracts. When we stayed at Bellagio earlier this year, I had walked in to this Guerlain boutique and the gentleman who was working there at the time, sprayed perfume on me and gave me the scent card. Unfortunately it was right before we had checked out and left for home. I had so many compliments on this scent that I was shocked. My skin typically absorbs most scents in less that thirty minutes. But this scent lasted most of the day. When I came back on my latest trip, I knew I had to get this perfume. This time, I was greeted by Sergio Gonzalez who was very welcoming and helpful. I explained that I wanted the smallest bottle as I do rotate between few brands. Luckily they did have the smallest bottle available. He gave me some samples of other perfumes as well but they didn't last as long as my Rose Cherie. This brand is not available everywhere. Even if you see Guerlain in certain high end stores, you won't find all their scents. So if you're in the area, this is the next best thing to shopping for amazing perfumes in France. read more

Terrible experience!! When we first walked in we weren't welcomed it was like we were discriminated the moment we walked in. We were told we couldn't touch the bottles and we were fine with that until Sergio started making it feel like a burden to JUST SMELL THE FRAGRANCES!! I don't understand people who choose their jobs and act like they hate what they do. I'm not sure if Sergio was in a bad mood but treating guests with respect and enthusiasm is important. I stopped in recently to get my nose on a few fragrances that mainstream dept stores don't seem to carry any longer. Particularly Bois Mystérieux and L'Heure Bleue... Jennifer was delightful to chat with and very helpful with samples, even though stock from Paris is very low right now. She took my name to let me know when they would have more inventory and I'm looking forward to purchasing from her when they do. Do stop in. They are located right next to the conservatory and they have everything, from vintage classics like Jicky, Shalimar and Mitsouko to more current releases. I'm a perfume geek and Guerlain is truly one of my favorite houses. They're so well crafted and elegant. Worse customer service tonight. The sales lady was rude, not friendly, discriminated us because she didn't think we could afford anything in the store because we asked for the prices of the perfumes. Gave us attitude. She definitely should not be working in a high end boutique with a resting B face and not being helpful. Definitely don't recommend going there. Initially, I felt intimidated going in to this boutique. But I really want to check the scent of the aqua allegoria series, most especially the citrus scent one. So I came in and was greeted by the nice female SA. I told her what I came in for and she showed me Bergamot Calabria. Sprayed it on the blotter and I really liked the scent. It is so refreshing. So yeah I bought it without testing on my skin. So when I got to my hotel room, I tested it in my skin and wooooaaah! It doesn't smell good with my body chemistry. It smell like pesticide on me initially and on the dry down. But it's too late to return it as I've already opened the box. I should've asked for a tester. The following evening I went back and it was an older gentlemen who's at the boutique. I was more intimidated but the man was nice and asked me how he can help me. So I asked if they have a perfume that smells like citrus and maybe green tea. He said Ah! Try this one...he sprayed Neroli Outrenoir on my arm and asked me to walk around and come back later, if I like the scent on my skin. We went around and back to our hotel room. I noticed getting a whiff of the scent every time I move the arm the perfume was sprayed on to and it's sooooo good. This one has a great chemistry with my skin and all night, I've been getting a whiff of the scent even after I showered. So yeah, the following morning, I went back to the Guerlain boutique and bought the perfume. This time it was a younger female SA (Jennifer) and she gave me so many samples. So every time we go back to Vegas, I would go back to the boutique and buy an item on my wishlist. read more

So I ran out of my signature scent and with impulsive contemplation after having a pleasant breakfast at the Bellagio Cafe and taking a gander at the botanical garden, I thought, "Oh why not, lets try something new for a change?" Now, originally I was planning to go to the nearest Sephora to try a scent of Guerlain but found out most of their perfumes were online only, which was both a shame and a blessing because I had such an exceptional experience at this fancy-shmancy boutique. Theodore was an accommodatingly soulful gentleman as soon I walked into Guerlain. Greeted us with an amiable smile and skillfully let me sample different notes and spices of each parfum and eau de toilette that he thought would be to my liking. He was very informative with the history of Guerlain- from how a fragrance was custom made for Napoleon III and why a certain parfum bottle was embellished with accents like bees and scalloped designs because it signified how the brand is one of the oldest perfume houses of France to date. This impressed me as I always thought that most bottle designs were just a marketing ploy to grab our attention. I now have a newfound respect for the Guerlain brand after knowing its historical values and it felt like I just had a piece of royalty of my own; absolutely timeless. After a sniff here and there, I was rather curious of the Mon Guerlain perfume that Angelina Jolie enhanced on the wall as she is the current advocate of the brand. It goes without saying, this particular one had me hooked: wasn't overtly smokey nor was it too sweet to my senses. It felt like the prettier, more elegant sister to my usual scent (I had originally adorned Salvatore Ferragamo's Signorina for quite a long while now; it was very long-lasting). Sweet but not powdery, it had notes of watery lavender, vanilla, almondy coumarin, sandalwood and iris- simple but lovely. Theodore was also so kind as to give me a generous amount of samples to keep. My purchase also automatically came with a mini travel sized bottle of the Mon Guerlain! I also randomly bought their La Petite Robe Noire lipstick in Beige Lingerie (011) since I love nude shades. Definitely no regrets made even for such an impulse buy! Will come back again whenever I run out of supply! read more

My husband and I stopped by this boutique to pick up a perfume I'd been wanting for a while back in January. We worked with Sergio and unfortunately the perfume was sold out. However, he took my info and said he'd contact me when new stock arrived. I didn't think I'd be hearing back, but Sergio followed up as promised almost 1 1/2 months later. I was very impressed with not only his follow through, but filling me on details such as that specific perfume being phased out but coming back with a higher price tag. I stopped by to see what different Guerlain perfumes they might have here that I can't find at home. Sergio helped me with several scents and I ended up getting a Mon Guerlain eau de parfum set. Sergio was so helpful and kind while I made my selection. I love Guerlain perfumes and it was easy to see he did too. We discussed the history of some of the fragrances which I love to do because not everyone knows them and Sergio was right on point with his knowledge and his enthusiasm. Everyone who works here is absolutely phenomenal. The first time I visited here this year, I spoke to a woman with short black hair. I totally forgot her name! I think I spoke to her last year as well. She gave me her card and I lost it. She was great at allowing me to sample the fragrances even though I told her I was just here to look/smell and that I would likely come back at a later date to make a purchase once I walk around with the fragrance on myself to see how it dries down/develops. I came back a couple days later, as I was staying at the Bellagio, and I met Theodore. I was with my girlfriend and sister at the time and I swear, Theodore sprayed what had to be at least 50% of the stock on display. It was amazing the time he took to help us. I was set on buying either Cuir Beluga or Tonka Imperiale, but Theodore showed me many more options. I ended up buying the Tonka. Theodore hooked us all up with an extremely generous amount of samples. No doubt, I will be back ordering through the phone with Theodore. He helped us out so much, he gained a customer for life. Such snooty, horrible service. I entered the shop and the associate didn't notice me, so I started sniffing and sampling the colognes on my own (there were papers to sample). Then she noticed me and came up behind me suddenly, saying "Welcome...if you're going to spray, spray away from the bottles." I wasn't spraying the bottles...I've worked in a fragrance store before and know how to aim, thanks very much. I was so offended by her demeanor and attitude that I set the cologne down and walked out. What a snobby place. And I own multiple Guerlain fragrances and can afford to purchase more. read more

I can't recommend the Guerlain boutique enough. Theodore was absolutely amazing, he showed me so many amazing fragrances and gave me testers of my favorites. Despite the limitations due to COVID and customers not being allowed to touch any of the bottles, he sprayed tester strips for me so I could try most of the fragrances in the store. I left with a bottle from the Aqua Allegoria line, but will definitely be coming back for more in upcoming trips. read more

The Guerlain Boutique at the Bellagio is quite possibly the most friendly and helpful outside of Paris. Ann and Theodore have provided exemplary customer service over the years with specialty perfumes in the famous Bee Bottles, as well as offerings from the core perfume line. In a recent disaster with one of my precious golden bee bottles, they have been kind, considerate, and proposed a solution that I couldn't be more happy to accept. This kind of customer service can only be had by working with the Guerlain boutiques directly. Department stores and third parties carrying Guerlain simply don't compare to the /savoir faire/ of these dedicated Guerlain employees. If you want to treat yourself or someone you love to something sumptuous and precious, do visit the Guerlain Boutique at the Bellagio. I loved seeing this Guerlain boutique store. Probably because I'm a huge fan of their products. I love the skincare, makeup and perfumes here! The skincare is one of the best that I've tried. This store is well kept and organized. Definitely try their face wash, face and eye creams. Quality of make up is classy. This boutique has the best customer service I have ever encountered. I have purchase from them twice over the phone and the experience has been delightful. Sergio has helped me deciding between fragrances and his advice has been spot on. I blind bought a perfume for my mother and he sent me a sample, when I tested that sample it was exactly as he described.
