Ambience is roomy wine tasting / reception area and dining room--which has a really nice view of the Tuscarawas River flowing by. Nice wine and beer options. Our meals of pasta Alfredo and fish & chips were served in reasonable time, presented well, and tasted great. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. An outdoor deck dining area overlooks the river from nearly the water's edge. We travel through on Rt 36 occasionally and look forward to stopping again.

If you can't tell from all of the photos in the reviews, the landscape is absolutely stunning. They also have alpacas on the property which are fun to watch. The main portion of the winery is in a renovated barn. The inside is just as stunning as the outside. I may be partial since yellow is my favorite color, but the outside of the bar is gorgeous as well! Our service was wonderful. The two women working the bar were friendly, very helpful, and quick. The wine is also delicious. I always recommend getting a wine flight so you can taste a variety. Yellow Butterfly does a great job with their fruit wines! Their only downfall is their food menu. They often have a food truck, but it's not always what you are typically looking to eat with wine (there was a bbq truck when we were there.) Aside from this, they have bags of pretzels and other small snack to purchase. We wished we could have had a charcuterie board or at least some cheese and crackers with our wine. All in all, the Yellow Butterfly is a must!

Make sure to visit the website or call before visiting. They usually have 2 flavors of wine slushies and sometimes a cider. I consider this the best place in the World to buy sweet wine. They offer discounts on 6 bottles or more. Make sure to ask about the Wine Club membership. They do offer re-corking for your leftover wine. Mike, the owner, is a great guy and all of the staff. The atmosphere can feel a little "local" at times, but everyone is very friendly.

This is definitely one of the coolest micro breweries that I've been to. It's in an old warehouse…read morethat apparently used to make glass molds. I only know this because there was an older gentleman at the bar who said his dad used to work there. The space is super basic with just enough decor to make it really cozy as well. It's situated on the river, so if you're sitting at the end of the bar you can look out the window and see the water. They've kept the place pretty much intact from it's original use, which I think adds to the charm. The bar tender was super welcoming and friendly, and so was everyone around the small bar. I only had their West Coast IPA, and it was on point. When I'm back in Zanesville I will definitely return.
