I noticed this a few months after the service and called to ask them to replace the covers. They said they would. I took the car back and three days later they said they were done and I could pick up the car. I did pick up the car and did not think to double check the work. Several more months passed and again I noticed the under body covers were still not there. I called again and this time Paul at Bimmer Specialist said they did not have the under body cover parts and that perhaps some other mechanic had forgotten to put them back on. I told them they were the only mechanic to have ever worked on my car. They said I really didn't need those parts anyway. The only thing they were for is to "Catch the drippings". Needless to say I never took my car back to this crook. Those parts are around $1500 to replace. BEWARE of this crooked establishment. Take your car elsewhere.

They left and told me they would send a flat bed pretty hard to tow when you have the front tire off-I said not thanks. I then called Tanner up at Buchanan & Sons and he came up to Paris Mountain and we had to switch the spare to the front since GMC gave me a 17" spare that does not clear my brake large GMC calipers and Tanner then out the rear 20" rim and tire on the front and I put the 17" spare on the rear, Tanner took my flat Front tire and had it plugged by the time I got back to their shop! Truly awesome service and family we Giffels (My son and wife and I) have gone there for service and other items for over 40 Years! Highly recommend they are super people and do great work!

Our last situation was a flat in one of the tires we recently purchased from them. The tires came with a road service warranty. I made one call to the towing company, the car was towed within 30 minutes and when we went to pick it up the paper work had all been taken care of so we headed home. No hassle!

Not until I'm already halfway home and get on the freeway I start hearing a metal scraping noise-it was my engine guard! They didn't put it back on! It was dangling and with enough speed it would begin to grind on the pavement. Brought it back and I received no apology, nothing. Just an "oh well" attitude. Owner refused to refund me because they "already did the oil change" and "mistakes happen". He also tried to tell me that they put the screws in, but they fell out while I was driving. I looked at him in confusion, as if screws spontaneously fall off?? Owner reluctantly agreed to refund me, but not before telling me that I'm just having a bad day. My day, and their poor service, has nothing to do with why my car wasn't put back together correctly. My new car is now in worse shape than when it came in for service. Im also skeptical of the oil they use. Their change intervals for synthetic is only 5000 miles. My car manual doesn't even suggest that short of an interval. Everywhere else is 8000. I don't know if they're just dishonest, but I know this establishment has a hard time owning up to their mistakes.

Early the next morning I started mass calling local tire / maintenance shops to see how we could get the problem fixed before our drive back to FL 2 days later. None of the shops could fit us in until the following week. When I called W.N. Watson, I spoke with Tim and he said bring it in straight away and we'll fit you in. Luckily their convenient downtown location was less than a mile away so I carefully drove to the shop and I was greeted by Tim and a lovely woman at the desk. They called a few hours later to let me know the brake line failed and they could get the parts we needed before they closed for the holiday weekend (it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!) The car was ready at the end of the day. When we went in to pick it up they were so friendly and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and sharing some favorites spots for us to visit during our short stay. Before leaving he also switched out our windshield wipers with new blades for our long drive home. Tim and his team saved our vacation by their kindness and helpfulness to fit us in so we could head back home on our planned day. My kids and I could not stop talking about the experience! If I lived locally I would never visit another shop.
