I spent a sleepless night with substantial bleeding. Called the next morning and was told to wait until at least 24 hours after surgery. Called back and finally was told to come back. I returned to the same office only to find that Richins was at the Kaysville office that day. I spent over 1/2 hour bleeding in the reception area. Dr. Cassity put in additional stitches, excessive bleeding continued so an assistant told me to go to ER. Neither Cassity nor Richins even told me if stitches would dissolve or if they needed to be removed.

Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. The front staff was so friendly but I wish I could say the same for the dentist I saw. I came in with a very specific concern only to be brushed off multiple times and offered no real solution. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. The thing I most enjoyed about my visit with Doctor Ryan is how he wasn't pushy for me to get all this work done. He told me what my issues were and what would need to be done to fix it. He then worked hard to get it all done in one visit so I wouldn't have to reschedule for a return visit to finish the job, which with my work schedule would have been a hassle. I'm a believer in the fact that Dentist visits are important but should be quick, easy, and infrequent (obviously every six months but with no hassle in between). With last list of criteria I give Saunders Family Dental Five Stars. Looking for a good Dentist give them a call.
