She was super friendly and attentive. I ordered two jumbo jalapeño sausage kolaches and had it warmed up. They were a good size and made for a delicious breakfast. I also ordered a blueberry donut (my weakness) and to my surprise when I got home, they threw in two little donut holes as well. I loved that it's family owned and that they have a good selection. Especially their kolaches as they had minis, regular, and jumbo; so all the sizes to share. The inside has table for you to enjoy at their place. They have a great selection of cake and yeast donuts to try. So something for everyone. I highly recommend checking them out.

The lady then proceeded to tell my mom she was fired and to not come back. This week my mom went to pick up her last paycheck for the past two days she had worked. My mom thought this lady was a good boss and friend. She proceeds to give my mom the paycheck of one day working there. My mom told her this wasn't the full paycheck to which the lady then yelled at my mom telling her she was an immigrant and she would call the police if my mom didn't get out. My mom came home crying devastated on what this lady told her. So me as any daughter would do went up there meeting the lady. I told her the paycheck wasn't what it was supposed to be. We had an exchange of words and she then realized she was in the wrong and payed for the missing day she didn't want to pay. This lady acts nice and claims she is good. From working here my mom tried to clean as much as possible as she would notice pests and mold around. Her husband sleeps in the back room. If you are a daughter to immigrants you would not support people like this. This lady was rude and disrespectful but acted like a sheep in wolf's clothing. My mom's last words to this lady is that their business flourishes. If I could give this business a 0 star I would. If she doesn't get her way she claims you're an immigrant and will call the police on you. What a sad and pathetic person you have to be.

Very frustrating that they sell not just one-day-old donuts, but several-day-old donuts (how many days does it take for mold to grow on bread?). Family Donuts have great texture in the donuts I've tried (donut hole, glaze, chocolate bar and twist), just the right amount of sweetness, AND they are NOT hexagon shape like the other donut places around Plano. Price is within reason. I'm still trying to get into the whole hot dog bun thing they have in Texas, so really haven't tried theirs. Parking is good. Friendly lady that seems to be the one running the place.
