I came here with my mom on 4th of July for pedis. We got in right away and the treatment was excellent--my nails look awesome and I was so pampered! Aside from being clean and comfortable and employees were nice, I was not impressed with the time spent on my feet compared to other places I've been in the area. The nail polish job was fair, but hardly anytime was spent with massage or on my heels etc... The guy working on my feet was nice but too timid and didn't help with my toenails and cut the big toes so that the corners hurt so bad I had to give myself another trim and file job to wear my shoes again. My sister took me into Kim's nails for a pedi. My very first one ever and I'm in my 60's. Oh my what a great experience such a massage chair and a pedi and a leg massage. I was in heaven. And my toes were painted with this bright purple color. The people that worked there were happy friendly and made it so that it will never be my last. I felt so pretty. The salon was so clean. And the techs knew what to do. The price is great now I want s pedicure and a manicure. It's just so awesome for s man or woman. Great hygiene. Thanks Kim's nails and my sister. Clean and comfortable atmosphere and a reasonable price. Two different employees worked on my feet during my pedicure; the one who did all the prep work was fantastic, but the one who did my polish was not impressive. I had streaks and smudges, which was a real bummer. read more

I took my friend here in an attempt to help her out post break-up, and even though we were walk-ins, and a large group was taking up all of the nail techs hands, they still got to us incredibly quickly. We got gel and normal manicures, and they looked amazing. Our nail tech could clearly tell that my friend was in need of a little TLC, and she was super kind and gave her a free nail design with her gel mani!!! This was on TOP of the already incredibly low prices! I will never go to another salon ever, the techs are super welcoming, its a great and clean environment, awesome work on the nails, and great prices! 10/10 will go again!!! read more

Sometimes I have had to wait, but overall this salon is clean and the staff does a careful job. They always seem happy to see me and its a nice to have a bottle of water always offered to me. You can't beat gel nails for $15 read more

It took my friends and I forever to find a decently priced nail place that was both clean and relaxing, and we finally found it! This place, while not the most luxurious of places, was really clean and spacious, had comfy massage chairs that were well maintained, clean sterilized tools, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. The nail techs Kim and Nhe were perfectionists and don't skimp on polish, they were also very polite and coversational, they obviously take pride in their work. We were able to relax and not feel rushed, we also felt well taken cared of even when they were busy. read more

I'm am VERY displeased with the service I have received here. I have been going here for 3 years and almost every time I have to wait 20 + minutes after making an apt. I have to drive all the way from Star and I have continued to come due to the friendly staff and continuous effort to correct the problems. This time will be my last . I got a set of gel polish done and they started changing colors and peeling , I called to make apt to get them fixed and they were booked , the mother of the salon stated I could come back tomorrow all day no problem. When I called the next day , they could not get me in . When explaining I had already paid they were unwilling to work with me. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ! read more

I love Kim Nails! The staff is so friendly and t's easy to relax while sitting in the massage chair. They all work together to make sure you're taken care of. It's busy because it's a great place with fair prices. People who complain about a wait need to chill - enjoy the experience! As for the fish tank...well, yuk. But all else is wonderful!!! read more

We made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 10 am. Pedicure and manicure for 2 people. We arrived at 9:50. Someone did arrive at exactly 10:00. He had to set things up while we waited. Then he ran the water for the pedicures. While he went over a started working with a women that had walked in for a manicure. The water was cold and dirty. So we asked if he could come change the water which he did. The interesting part at this point is we had an appointment yet he is giving a manicure to the Walk-In. Eventually another man showed up and he worked on my mothers feet while I waited. Then worked on mine a while she waited and continued going back and forth. Meanwhile 3 other people are put in pedicure chairs to wait. Now they have 5 customers and 2 workers! At this point I told the man working on my mother that we had appointments at 10 and they clearly did not have enough people working and we would have to cancel our nail appointment. He said OK. Then the man that was doing the lady's manicure stop with her and hurried over and worked on my pedicure for a while until he had to go back and help her. I feel like when I take time out of my busy schedule to make an appointment and take my elderly mother in for a service that they should have had people available to fulfill the request that THEY SCHEDULED! We will never go back and they did not even have the decency to apologize! Terrible costumer service! Do not make appointments if you cannot provide a service! read more

First gel nail manicure with Kim was awesome. Second visit was a bad experience. I asked the older man to keep my nails filed square, so he filed them down a bit. When he finished with one hand, I kindly asked him to file a little more. He made an audible sigh (that was clearly meant to communicate frustration). Then he proceeded to file down my nails and made them completely round (not square) and shorter than I've ever had them in my life (two of my fingers were throbbing with discomfort for the next few days). He sensed my dissatisfaction and asked what I didn't like about my nails. I told him they were too short and there were filings under my nails (which were so short that I don't know how this could even happen). He said nothing and still charged full price. Save your money and go somewhere else. This man clearly does not like his work and does not respect customer preferences. If I'm going to get my hair or nails done, I want to walk out feeling and looking better than I arrived. read more
