I've gone here several times and had a great manicure from Kim and/or her staff. It's not a fancy place, but it s clean, affordable, and professional. Kim is a sweet lady and a perfectionist. I've also had waxing done here and that was great also. I work close by and plan on being a regular customer! I do wish she had more OPI gel colors available, but she has all the standards and a few flashier colors and glitters. She has a lot of variety in other brands, but OPI is my favorite for gel as it lasts the longest. read more

I'm not sure what the other posters expect for a $25 pedicure, but this went above and beyond my expectations. The space may not be super organized or new, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I stopped by to see if they could fit me in for a lunch time walk-in. They sat me immediately for a pedicure. They cleaned up my nails and calluses, gave me a hot stone foot/leg massage and painted my nails. This was my 3rd time here...the first two the woman told me she was too busy to take me. Went in today and demanded she take me. I've tried calling everyday and the phone just rings and rings. This was the first and last time I'll be coming here. Let me just say this place is VERY unclean. The woman took out the callus remover and it had dead skin on it. I almost threw up. The pedicure took about 15 minutes and was just average. The lack of sanitation used is definitely illegal. Avoid this place. read more

Ventured in here with a friend recently and must say, I really appreciated the manicure that was done. My hands were so smooth after and the manicurist really ensured that my hands were soft and all the extra skin around my nails were removed. I also had my eyebrows threaded for the first time, and although it hurt a bit, it was definitely worth the bit of pain because they definitely came out looking nice and last longer than a wax. Only wish the spot was a little more aesthetically pleasing, but would def return again! read more

This was my first time coming here and only because I had a voucher that a friend gave me. There was no expiration date and I had the voucher since Nov. 2012 and though Kim (I think) said that they typically offer vouchers within 6 months, she was very generous enough to still let me use it. There was herself and 2 other woman who gave me a standard manicure and pedicure. The place is a little small but they have a big screen tv in the direction if you're getting your pedicure done so it helps break up the conversation a bit. They were all very nice and I would definitely recommend this to other people in the North Station/End area who are looking for good work on nails. I went in for a pink and white fill. Two hours later I came out and it was done, that was only because the owner had to redo it. That was the worst manicure I've ever had in my entire life I would never recommend anybody going there ever again. You could see the nail through my white tips and some of my white tips she did not even bother to replace even though they were dirty and worn. It was only because I pointed it out and said something that it was fixed. You look spectacular now but after 2 1/2 hours they look spectacular not when they should've been done the first time. So they were super friendly and did a fantastic job in the end I shouldn't of had to be there for that amount of time and I shouldn't of had to tell them it was wrong. RUDE. I came in for a quick mani pedi. As I walked in, NO ONE acknowledged my presence. I waited patiently for five minutes before getting fed up and asking the lady if I could get a mani pedi. She gave me a dirty look and said come back in 30 mins and shooed me away as if I was the scum of the earth. Needless to say, I didn't go back. I don't want to do business with these people. Disgusting how they treat customers. Don't go here if you expect to be treated like a human being. read more

Walked in for a mani/pedi - was told by the owner to get in pedicure chair. Pedicure was given by owner and started out fine, but someone else had apparently made an appointment for right after I showed up. She rushed through my pedicure, didn't give me any kind of massage, and asked me to wait in the pedicure chair while she gave her other client a full pedicure and manicure. I'm still sitting in the pedicure chair - an hour and a half later, and my toenail polish doesn't look great. I've had a really long week at work and been looking forward to this little treat all week... what a mistake coming in here was... I guess it's a good thing all of the restaurants in Boston stay open late - otherwise, I'd be eating trail mix for dinner. So much for going down to Boston Harbor to see the sun set on my last day in town. Don't waste (a LOT - guaranteed!) any of your time here. P.S... apparently the "hot stone massage" advertised outside for $20 isn't the correct price - not that it would have mattered for me anyway since I didn't get ANY massage - like NONE!! read more

I am only rating 3 stars because I only went in to remove shellac polish on my lunch break. Kim was very sweet and accommodating. I came in just as a scheduled appointment was due in and she was a little worried it would take from that pedicure/clients time but still took me and was very pleasant about it. It's not a fancy place but they do have a good selection of colors, I would def go back for a pedicure when I need it, but I would def request it with Kim! read more

Great salon! It is not fancy, but the ladies do an excellent job and give great foot massages. They take their time, but don't take too much time. It is clean and professional. They are very conscientious and thorough. Best pedicures in town. read more

I just came back from getting a manicure/pedicure done which was $30. I noticed there is color on the top of my toes not on the nail. I did not notice this until I got home due to lighting in there. When I gave the technican cash she gave me change with a 10 dollar bill and didn't have smaller bills so I felt obligated to tip more than I wanted to because tips have to be in cash. After I paid and gave a generous tip, the technician sped through my manicure and there is no hand massage/lotion or anything. I had to ask her to fix a nail multiple times and she still didn't fix it correctly and there's a spot on my nail. I wouldn't recommend coming here for your nails. read more

I walked in without an appointment for a French manicure. I was quickly taken to a seat and a woman began working on my nails. She was nearly done when another woman came in and said she had an appointment. Suddenly the woman doing my nails began rushing. The result was a manicure that does not look all that great. But what really mad me upset was the woman doing my nails did not put lotion on my hands before she did my manicure. At no point did she lotion my hands. I have been to many nail salons and they all lotion my hands at some point. When I asked the woman if that is a practice they do(knowing darn well they do) she told me no...then she gave me a bottle of lotion and quickly started on the woman with the appointment.
