A well established business can be reflective on the way their restroom looks and also how clean it is. Winter's in Boston is freezing cold, one of the coldest temperatures I've ever been in, and I really needed to use the restroom before starting my hands and feet. But back to the services, it was excellent! Exceptionally clean facilities, well decorated shop, prices are reasonable too. As usual, the pedicure was done first, followed by the manicure. It seems that there is a nice flow of customers/clients who frequent the shop. There are more services available than nails. They also do brows and lashes. For context, I have pretty severe cystic acne, went through one round of Accutane which helped initially, but then my acne came back with a vengeance. I had awful inflamed nodules and acne all along my neck that were painful and itchy, and it is completely smooth and clear now thanks to Kelly's skill and persistence in extracting. I also get microdermabrasion, which she recommends on weeks when my skin is looking calmer and can benefit from the extra exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and help with scarring. She also does scalp and facial massages to help you relax during the treatment which is really nice. If you have acne-prone skin that hasn't responded to typical treatments or medication from dermatologists, I wholeheartedly recommend seeing Kelly.
