The massage chairs are the standard massage chairs that most salons have and the massage chair worked very well. I had Koko as my nail technician and for the spa pedicure I choose the Mango pedicure. The pedicure began with a mango Sea Salt Soak, and then a mango Sugar Scrub, followed by a mango thermal Mud Masque and at least a 10 minute Massage with mango Cream and hot stones on each foot/leg. After the pedicure I had a basic manicure, and she used a clear coat of polish. While I waited under the dryer she gave me a shoulder massage.

There has been times when I've asked the nail tech an open ended question and they would pretend to understand me with a yes response. It's rude. If you don't understand, just say you don't. They're prices are reasonable and SOME of the nail techs are very kind and work hard. But I'm not sure the people who work there are happy or getting paid fairly. Most of them seem miserable to be there and it shows through their massages. I've been there over 100 times since I have lived in Cheshire and I finally think I'm done.
