My only issue was the girl unfortunately cut the skin on the sides of my nails a few times and that was quite painful but I'll be sure to say something next time. :) I can't wait to go back and see what other fun nails we can come up with! read more

First time going to the salon today after my friend's recommendation. It was perfect! I had the day off of work and made an appointment a few days earlier. I got the green tea pedicure and gel manicure, and I'm so happy with it! The color was just what I was looking for (easily matched regular polish with gel polish), and the pedicure was very relaxing. The prices are also very reasonable--only $55 for the green tea pedicure that includes callus removal and 15 min massage. I was also pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the use of clear plastic partitions. After checking out their Instagram, I'm excited to go again and try different designs. read more

I didn't like how my French gel came out but eye brows were good. Also, got a pedi and didnt like the work they did.

Not sure how this place is rated 4 stars. One of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I basically received an expensive, glorified polish change. The atmosphere is definitely not relaxing, had to play our own relaxing music too. Nails were cut, not filed well, cuticles cut aggressively to cause pain, lotion rubbed on, no massage. Oh, it was also the fastest "pedicure" ever. Almost 20 minutes from start to finish. No massage while drying either, but priced at $35. Was definitely a mistake trying this place since my usual salon was booked for days. Although my daughter did enjoy hers, she's 4, $25 is a bit steep for a child's pedi. For those recommending this place, do yourself a favor and go get a real pampering pedicure on the Berlin tpk at £||€ I for sure will never make the mistake of going here, or anywhere else for that matter. read more

It was my first time here and I loved everything about this salon. My first experience here was FANTASTIC. It was very clean and the workers were welcoming. Not only they were friendly and nice but they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They didn't rush to do the job, they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I got a Green Tea spa pedicure and it was super relaxing. The products they used smelled nice and they gave me extra massage, which I really loved. Very displeased with the job they did. I got gel Polish and there were bubbles in it. It only lasted a week and a half. They told me it would be free to get it taken off and since I didn't like their colors(very small selection) I was going to get my nails done somewhere else but I had tiara take them off. Then they charged me to get them taken off. The service was friendly but the prices they were telling me were not the prices I paid. Very Misleading. Very expensive. Hope you like your nails filed done to the bone. read more

I would give this place a zero. I called and made an appointment to get a nail fill and pedicure. I live nearby so I had walked there in the heat. The door was locked, but the lady had opened it and she asked if I had an appointment and I said yes and she then asked what for and I told her. She said that she could only do manicure or pedicure not nail fill. She said it would take too long. Aren't nail fills quicker then doing it all over again? Also I wasn't going to pay for a new set when I already had a set on. So I explained to her that when I called, I clearly said nail FILL about three times and the lady had said okay. She said no no, and then she switched to saying well we can do the pedicure so I said I just walked here. My nails are about to fall off, I needed the nail fill more then the pedicure. She still said no no, so I said forget it then I'll walk back home. Needless to say I was pretty upset. You don't say you can do something then have someone get there and say no. Not cool. Will never try to go there again. read more

I've been going to Tiara Nails since they opened 5 years ago and I always leave satisfied. They are by far the best around.

Came here because of the 4.5 star review and I was disappointed. The place is small and presents clean which is great- I came in for a pedicure on at Saturday as a walk in, there was no wait. I feel like my pedicure was rushed, the woman sitting next to me was still getting her pedicure as I came and left- she might have paid for a longer pedi but it seemed like they really took their time with her and rushed through mine. I decided to get a French on my toes and I am not kidding when I say the white tip line was nearly 1/4" thick on my big toe. I felt terrible having the girl do them over again, but she was nice about it. When I asked her to make them a little thinner she left another customer and rushed to finish mine. However I did notice that they cleaned the pedicure bowls when they were done. Needless to say, I hate to say it but I will probably be going to another place next time. You have one chance to make a good first impression and unfortunately my first experience wasn't 4.5 stars. I give it two stars because the girl was very nice, the prices were average but the service was rushed. read more
