First visit. After my old insurance discontinued. I'm glad…read moreand happy I pick Dr. Raja. He patiently listen with any concern. He respect you. Thank you Dr. Raja. The lady that works at the desk, very nice. Thank you for the great service. Care quality is good. Office is clean.

Well, like when your new girlfriend brings you to meet her parents for the first time you're always…read moreon your best behavior. Doctor Wasim was very nice. I quickly got referrals for my sleep apnea, Pain management, and bloodwork. The sleep apnea doctor was months out for the appointment and so was the Pain Management so I would've not been able to fill my prescription for a few months. The good news is the doctor said he would call in my pain medicine for a month or two in the meantime which I thought was nice. Costco Pharmacy called him back to clarify a few things regarding the pain medicine and he just became frustrated and then when I finally got a hold of him six days later after calling the pharmacy then calling the doctors office then going to the pharmacy and getting no answers he said he wasn't gonna do it anymore and he's not gonna call it in again for me and just hung up on me. So I would go from taking this pain medicine for the last many years to completely stopping cold turkey cause he refused to call it in and I would have to go for two or three months without it until I got my new Pain Management appointment. I'm delighted to say I changed primary care physicians immediately and this is the first time ever I've ever done this in my entire life and I'm 62 years old so that tells you something. Peace Out Raja

My family and I have been going to Dr. Ha for over 15 years. He truly is the best! He is sweet,…read morecaring and never makes you feel rushed. He politely answers all my questions (no matter how ridiculous they may be) in great detail. He is super knowledgeable and keeps up to date on current medical issues. He takes appointments as well as "walk-in" appointments, which really makes it convenient to see him. If you are in the market for a new doc... He is the man to go see!

I usually don't leave reviews like this, but my recent experience with Dr. Ha's office was deeply…read moredisappointing--especially due to the behavior of a staff member named Stella. From the moment she answered the phone, Stella sounded irritated and impatient. Her tone was far from professional, and throughout our conversation, she made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking basic questions. When there was a language barrier, instead of trying to clarify or assist, she became visibly frustrated--as if it was my fault that she couldn't understand. Her attitude felt dismissive and rude, almost like she didn't want to be there at all. I'm not sure how someone with such poor communication skills and such an unwelcoming demeanor ends up working in a front desk role. A medical office should be a place where patients feel heard, respected, and supported--unfortunately, my experience with Stella was the exact opposite. I sincerely hope the office takes feedback like this seriously, because the first point of contact can make or break a patient's trust in the practice.
