We met with him in their showroom after we had the initial plan to pick out finishes, hardware and accessories, and make some minor adjustments to the design. Jada in the office was efficient and friendly and scheduled our installation (and then called us when they had an earlier appointment available). We had two different teams for our installation. TJ and Bert came right on schedule and did all the prep work and initial installation. When they were called away a second team, Colton and Manasseh stepped right in and completed the job. Both teams were cared to protect our floors and walls while they worked. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. Everyone we had contact with was professional and competent. We already had our granite (in a beautiful leather finish) picked out. The demo team showed up on Monday morning. Vladimar, his son, and Fred.They took the utmost care in taping off the floors and by the end of the day we had a big empty room and not a spec of debris anywhere! The next few days was the installation of base and wall frames and then moved on to the cabinets themselves. The quality and finishing of these Amish made cabinets is outstanding! Dovetailed sealed and corners butted so tight you would think it's one piece! The kitchen was coming together. Next was Alan from Export Granite... extremely professional and efficient. He knew exactly how we wanted the veins matched and from what portion. ( we selected Brazilian Fantasy in leather finish ) if you never seen leather finished granite. Head there to see it. It's a game changer and not anything like cookie cutter Cambrian that everyone has ! Brian's team from Light Life Electric and his team were extremely efficient and fast in installing underneath and kick plate lighting as well as repositioning pendants over our new island Plumbing was taken care of by 941 plumbing and he installed two new traps, sink, faucets and garbage disposal. Once that was complete Vladimir came back to do the finish trim? Crown molding and as they say "Voila" !!! We had a beautiful remodeled kitchen in less than 10 days and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend you call them Jeff Stumpo was our sales and Kelley the owner were heavily involved in our design and layout making suggestions you would never get from a big box or from any other contractor. We met with 5 contractors , did our research on reviews and decided on Copper Leaf... friends can't believe the difference in our home. It is only 8 years old but the builder grade had to go ! Of course they always ask "was it expensive ?" It was well within our "budgeted" plans. They aren't the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. I'd call Copper Leaf ....SOLID!!!! Great product, great quality, professional team and most of all they work with you. You won't go wrong with them as your choice!

Terrible customer service…read more I placed an order and when they came out to give a quote. We had agreed that since I had a bench, the door needs to be a bit bigger to allow space. The door ended up being only 28in and the bench is 12in. I agree, my fault for not double checking the measurements. But in no way did the company even attempt to work with me. Just wanted a profit in the end. As Oleg constantly repeated that he won't make anything on this project. It's not always about the profit, but also what the future brings. Your loss, I had 3 more shower doors to order from you. The first one was just a test.

The quality of his counters are questionable and if you complain they conspire against the client somehow shifting blame on the client. I had a counter ordered and installed today by this company. The install went well however once the surface was cleaned with alcohol by the Installers they left at which time I took pictures to send to my husband who was out of the country. I noticed scratches and foggy patches on the surface. I called and sent my photos to the company they sent the installers back 20 mins later to remedy the counter surface they used several finishes and polishes and did an adequate job making things disappear by polishing the quartz for 20 minutes. After they left the sales lady called and asked me if I had used the counters after the installers left insinuating I had made the scratches and foggy patches.. she then denies ever making the statement...my kitchen is under renovation it is unusable, to add insult to injury the owner William Out of no where rudely began bullying me over the phone concerned only about the balanced owed to him. Incensed and disgusted I hung up . There is something very wrong with this man . My husband informed the owner William that an apology was owed if we were to proceed to closing the account with a flawed counter. True to form no response. I am angry and Frustrated by the mobster type mentality practiced in this company . Spend your precious time and money elsewhere, You will be disappointed and disrespected by this owner and his wily business practice William is the owner's name... beware of this individual he is insane. You will not be able to find recourse , he is bully which speaks to the fact no one has reviewed his company recently and that speaks volumes. Our lawyer told us to pay out the balance because the owner is unhinged and unstable..so frustrating...
