On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!! I will def reach out to them first if I ever need any work done in the future and I recommend that you do the same!!

They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and was able to give me a Up Front Price, I was more than happy with. She was willing to work with me by helping me make decisions on whether to tow it 2 hrs back home, or save some money on the tow, and just have somebody in the Local Raleigh area take a look at the truck for me. And even though I did notice on their website, they also work on commercial vehicles, I truly appreciate the fact of her offering the option of having one of their service techs take a look at it for us, and at the same time remaining true to her professional abilities and never trying to push their repair services on me. She was also very helpful in making may payment options easy. I now have Barbours Towing listed in our company Rolodex and in my phone in case the worst ever happens again Thanks Barbours, we really appreciate the hassle free help at a reasonable price! And if I could make any request from them it would be: There's nothing like speaking to the tow truck driver and being told straight from him "I should be there in approx 15-20 min", then you can relax a little and feel confident that he's coming. We waited, he did show up, but he left us wondering that whole time if he was coming. The driver has the ability to put a stranded motorist at ease with just one call, and it's such a easy thing to do now-a-days. Please ask your drivers to start calling the customer. Thanks Again

While I was trying to gather my USB drive and personal items, one old b***** working there told me to "stop f****** around" and hurry up. (He had a long crusty white beard) anyways Before that, another employee looked at my wrecked car, said I "f***** it up bad," and giggled about it. I was clearly already having a terrible day and in bad shape emotionally, but there was absolutely no sympathy, professionalism, or basic human decency from the staff. If someone just went through a crash, the last thing they need is to be mocked and rushed while collecting their belongings.
