The chairs, the decor, all of it gives posh princess vibes. The staff is also super nice and welcoming! They also offer little cute snacks while you are getting your nails done. There is a little bit of a language barrier depending on who services you, but they typically have bilingual staff members who are there and can translate. I opted to get the gel x nails. Now a heads up, gel x is completely different from a typical gel manicure and it's different from typical gel extension nails. Gel x involves a premade nail being glued to your nail bed, then it is painted over and the UV light follows. I was completely confused and ended up requesting the wrong service but the nails came out SUPER cute all the same so I didn't mind. Services can also take some time because the staff is super meticulous so definitely don't come here on a time crunch. All in all I would 100% recommend this spot! I think Ramona is her name. She checked the appointment book and told me to sit and wait a moment for my manicurist. My manicurist Adriana was very nice and professional. First she did my pedicure. Again the staff were extremely kind, it's just the services offered leave some to be desired while still paying the premium cost. I don't think I would come back here again. Our pedicures turned out great, but I wouldn't say any better than my old nail salon.
