BUYER BEWARE: It's…read moreonly been 3 months and the photos I'm Adding here to yelp are from both the first and SECOND attempt of ALTIUS to re-wrap the car. (You May not notice which one was the re-wrap because it's equally as bad as the first wrap) I chose this company because the reviews looked good and so did their work. I also like to support local small businesses. I wish I had not in this case. We've had this Kia wrapped before from another company and it was flawless. The photos you see are only THREE months into the wrap job after being wrapped a second time because the first wrap job looked absolutely horrible. The owner continuously had me talk to his secretary and wouldn't own up to just doing a horrible job either the first or second time. The first attempt: it was peeling up in many areas when I arrived to pick up the car. The logo on back windshield was crooked and looked cut VERY choppy along the edges. On BOTH the first and second wrap of this vehicle through ALTIUS, we have dealt with peeling almost immediately. Sidd (owner) first blamed the product. It must be a bad roll. The second time, Sidd said "we will fix this at a later date". WHAT?! I had already spent over two weeks of this dealing with them to get the vehicle wrapped and re-wrapped not to mention multiple Uber trips from the heights to their location. After realizing the second attempt was almost as bad as the first, I knew, they could not make this right and we couldn't sacrifice leaving our company vehicle for a full other week. There were many failed promises as to when the work would be done (both times) and I could not get Sidd (owner) on the phone or by email even though their company consists of just a few members. Sidd forced his secretary to do "the negotiating" when we said we want a refund. In the end we weren't able to get what we paid for and our warranty was voided . (Even though the product was failing when I picked up the car). I've spent SOOOOOO much time going back and forth with this company (not to mention the $$$$$) and regret having to spend time typing this out, but I figured it's only fair to others. We will be taking our next vehicles and company trailers back to the previous wrap business. Bad wrap Failed design (both Times printed wrong even after clarifying and having them do a mock-up that we agreed on).

Sidd and his crew have done a lot of work for signage inside and outside of our law firm. We have…read moretwo exceptional indoor signs in our lobby and in our main conference room. They have also done great work on our monument sign outside of our building. Lastly, they have recovered two big signs which are attached to the entrance wall of our building. If anything is off, even slightly, then Sidd gets involved and makes it perfect. ALTIUS also handled our monument signage at our old building. We recommend them based on years of working with them, fair pricing, and quality work. I'll work on posting some pictures too.

Either way here's my experience: I was looking for someone to make a 12" sign. I talked to Terry, the owner of the business, on the phone and he asked me to email him the design for the sign. After not hearing back from Terry for a few days, Cara reached out to me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, after some conversation back and forth via email, the project kept seeming to be forgotten. Cara even offered to make a second sign for free as an apology, which I accepted, but I never heard from anyone at Inkbox Printing again. I had a much better experience ordering a decal online. They printed my design and shipped it to my door in 3 days for $30.

I had to place a 50% deposit of which I was fine with. The owner assured me that they did good work. They printing for roughly 100 shirts was done within a week or two. I checked the merchandize and everything was good. Second time was a different. I order 150 shirts. We haggled on the rate. Again, he assured me that the shirt will be good. A week later, i receive the shirts. I trusted the owner so i didn't check his work. My mistake. The work was not good. Some of the shirts were missing logos on the back. Also they fail to include 5 shirts. I found out when it was too late and they refuse to correct the order. All i wanted was the five shirts they fail to include. I tried to be polite and they refuse to own up to their mistake. They gave me excuses saying it was their company policy. I gave the owner good business and he couldn't print me out 5 more shirt. The whole time I worked with the owner and he couldn't even give me a break. Even when I told him it was for charity he didn't want to fix mistakes. I wouldn't work with him again and I don't recommend any one should. If you do choose to work with him. Double check his work. Better yet, triple check everything.
