I've been coming here since they first opened as Results nearly two years ago. I was first assisted…read moreby one of the co-owners, Robert, and have seen a few other therapists since then. Parking is easy to find on the side of the business center they're located in. I've found the staff to all be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately I sustained multiple spine injuries that required surgery after a car accident I wasn't at fault for. After having surgery, my pain management specialist recommended I see Dr. Panero for a platelet rich plasma (PRP) procedure. Dr. Panero highly recommended I go to Results for physical therapy afterwards. I made some decent progress that helped me function better, move better, and be in slightly less pain. I never felt my appointments were rushed, their team really cares, and they actually listen to your concerns and questions. They're in no way like the typical cookie cutter physical therapy clinics that treat you like a number. They do push you and you have to do your part and ensure you're doing your exercises at home. If you just do them in the clinic you're wasting their time and more importantly yours. You won't make any true progress without putting in the work and getting the reps in. Unfortunately towards the end of my treatment my daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized and since it was the beginning of the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to continue my program at home and discontinue in person sessions. I had hoped to return a bit sooner, but life threw my family and I a few more curveballs. The facility is very clean and well maintained and my decision was in no way affected by their cleanliness standards or policies or procedures. It was just simply a difficult decision I made due to my baby's lung condition as it was imperative she not get severely sick again. I recently returned for in person sessions and I'm looking forward to making some progress once again. It's nice that you're able to fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of time online. I'm guessing if that's not an option they'll gladly accept hand written paperwork. They offer email and text reminders for your appointments and it's easy to check in for your appointment with their tablet.

Please go see my friends at Spine & Sport…read more For Dr. Wolfinger holding it down in Elk Grove: your expertise and skill and joy for what you do is only outmatched by your incredible empathy and kindness. You saw me through some pretty great highs (when the initial scope of the right knee gave me the first pain free day's I'd had in decades, and when we were hopeful that the PRP was going to bear fruit, and a bunch of other moments) and some very dark lows, when I was not certain I'd ever be able to travel again, or have anything close to a "typical" active life. You just smiled, tried something else, and kept me moving in the right direction. Your faith was sometimes *all* that I had to keep going. YOU were the one who encouraged me to keep trying things, to not give up, and to contact my new ortho in the first place. You've been there every bit of this! So, here we are. I have two big knee scars and a huge smile on my face because I am GRATEFUL to have my life back. I'm grateful to you, and to every clinician/tech/student/fellow patient I encountered in all the different locations I've visited. Each person walked with me on a different part of the journey, and I am sure that I'm typical in every way except one: it really did take a village of people to get me to this point. I never could be where I am without every single person. Thank you, Chris, and thank you to everyone at Spine & Sport. Rock stars, ALL.

I moved to Elk Grove about 2 years ago. Up until now, I had seen a total of 4 different…read moreChiropractors in my life. The first one I ever saw would pop you once in the neck and then have you lay down with a heating pad afterward. I went to him as a child and it scared me into future apprehension of chiropractors. (I was 13 years old). The second chiropractor I ever saw would twist my head to crack my neck (as I know is common in some practices) but to be real, that shit scared the crap out of me too. I thought my head would surely fall off if his hands weren't big enough to catch them. (I was 15 years old). The third chiropractor I saw was during a time that I had 9-month run-in with a severe condition of Papilledema that led to emergency brain surgery. During my first visit with this chiropractor he asked me to follow his pointer finger with my eyes as he brought his finger to my nose. Instead of my eyes crossing (as a normal set of eyes would during that exercise) one of my eyes jumped to the far side of my face. The chiropractor saw this, of course, looked concerned, didn't say much but lightly suggested I see "a doctor" not explaining much else. He did however, (KNOWING that something was seriously wrong with me) offer me an on-going treatment for arthritis of the neck that would cost me 4k (how so very nice of him ). And my butt even contemplated doing it, I was so desperate for relief! (Papilledema is swelling of the optic nerve caused by increased pressure in the brain). I proceeded to go 3 more months with my condition, due to lack of medical insurance, and endured the worst experiences of my life. I tried ONE more chiropractor after that and felt like a McDonalds cheeseburger off the $1 menu (do they even still have that?) as I was passed around, considered "done" and thrown back out the door. No one listened to me when I told them SOMETHING IS WRONG, PLEASE HELP ME. The images on the poster in the treatment room jumped out at me and I voiced this to the providers, but again-nothing. (I get that Chiropractors aren't the same as the doctors I now see at Kaiser but DAMN, you are human- correct?). My world was warped for 9 months (in total) seeing double, colors fading, lack of ability to see sharp objects, I felt high all the time, words would jump out of the computer screen at me as I was training new employees at work. I thought I guess I should see if I needed glasses? I would get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, flip the light switch on and hear the fan (indicating the switch for the light and the fan was on) but never able to see any light. Cars that were in front of me on the freeway would appear in the next lane in front of another car. I'd have to put one hand over one eye to see straight. (As if the vision of one eye was crossing into the vision of the other). Oh, and the characters on Grey's Anatomy, their noses were on their foreheads. Yes, it was like shrooms for free but ALL the time. From that point on, I didn't even know where to start. Fast forward 9 months later, after an emergency brain surgery (and a dope buzz hair cut ) I was finally better. (Age 32). Then fast forward 3 more years, I moved to Elk Grove. I'm driving past the Backs in Motion, "ChiroSpa." The Spa part caught my attention. I called immediately. Doc Williams answers the phone, he passes me to Dr. Alexa briefly and then the receptionist. I make an appointment. I come in. I'm asssigned to Dr. Alexa. I'm newly pregnant, in pain, with headaches (chronic for me now, due to all the surgeries) yet hopeful but also desperate once again. I literally left in love. I saw that the yelp reviews of Backs in Motion did not yet have a review highlighting Dr. Alexa so I am taking the time to spill my guts, share how much I really mean it when I say I found a savior and give her the complete kudos she deserves. I've began seeing her twice a week now and she goes above and beyond. I am looking forward to so much relief, light and peace. She truly is a great soul and has changed my view on the industry. If SHE was my chiropractor all those years, I bet I wouldn't have experienced NONE of that. Many blessings to her. I'd give this place a thousand stars if I could. Dr. Alexa makes the office. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. I could easily have conversations with them about anything for an hour straight! Maybe even longer! They are unique in their field as they actually listen to you and care! They recognize that it is your body and include your opinions and concerns into your treatment (which not all chiropractors are capable of doing). From the first time i spoke with Dr. Wright on the phone, i knew he was the right chiropractor for me! I'd definitely recommend everyone to come here and would come here again should i ever need to! Instead of being met with compassion or any real concern for my situation, I was met with judgment and laughter. Because I mentioned I couldn't afford frequent visits, he seemed to immediately lose interest in helping me. It felt like he was more concerned about how many sessions I could book rather than actually listening to me or offering any meaningful support. I was vulnerable, scared, and hoping for answers--but was treated like I didn't belong there unless I had money to spend. If you're looking for genuine care, I would not recommend Dr. Dwight. No one should be dismissed for being financially limited, especially when they're just trying to get their life back.

I was expecting to go here 1x then continue care at another location, but my physical therapist and the staff completely changed my mind. I was so happy with the therapist and her kind and caring approach that I decided to continue care there. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. My issue with vibrant care has to do with their billing processes and how they treat clients from the accounting department. From the time I started with them last year, 2025, I was told I did not owe any money when I checked out after being seen by the physical therapist. The gentleman behind the counter sent an email to accounting to make sure that was correct and I checked with him on each visit to see if he heard back to make sure that I didn't owe money. He consistently said he had not heard from them and would send another email. Finally. Out of nowhere I received a bill for for approximately $80 in unpaid balances. Again, this was in 2025. I paid the balance and expressed I was not happy with the practices of vibrant carres accounting policy. Today, June 15th 2026, I received a phone call from vibrant care stating that I owed $10 from September of 2025. Of course, my immediate reaction was to ask them" you're just now finding this?" I was immediately placed on hold without so much as a hold. Please from the accounting department.. then left on hold for over 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I return the call immediately only to receive recordings and I left voicemails. $10 is not the issue, the issue is receiving a bill almost a year later and not being heard or provided an explanation as to why I would owe $10. This accounting practice is unacceptable and their customer service, interactions and responses are unacceptable. The accounting department is who gets the one star rating, not the therapists.

Came here through a guest pass from a friend!…read more I came here to try out the classes and they are very high quality. The 7-day pass that I got from my friend allowed me access to 7 classes. At some point I did receive an email where they extended my pass by two days which was nice. This allowed me to try another 4 classes. Overall, I tried Ride (cycling), Reform, Hot Pilates, Yoga Flow, and their boxing class. The instructors do know how many times you've been to their class based on the roster and they either know or you can tell them it's your first class so they can make sure they watch out for you if you need help. Ride with Becca and Thuy was very fun! The lights and music are so fun. Becca was so kind as to advise us that the "side bars" (seating on the sides) was no fun, so she tried to seat me and my partner together in the main area for the bikes, which she ended up being able to accommodate. My partner and I did end up on the side bars for Thuy's hip hop x kpop ride and it was definitely not as cool, but still fun nontheless, because Thuy had such great energy and she brought these little light sticks for us to have fun with (to keep as a souvenir, as well!) Anyway, Becca was also such a fun instructor! I am impressed that the other gym goers are so good at remembering choreography and following along. I've done Isa's classes for Hot Pilates and Yoga Flow and her instruction is great. I feel very relaxed but also empowered doing her classes. They are done in the Sweat+ room, so it does get warm. A lot of people have yoga towels for their mats and I would say that's a great idea. The main downside of the Sweat+ room is that at the front of the class there are ants...not sure if they have noticed that, hence I knocked a star off. Reform was nice! I had one of the instructors twice and she knew it was my first time so she made sure to keep an eye out for me if I wasn't particularly sure about what to do. It's nice that the instructors walk around the room to help make adjustments. The instructors do vary on difficulty level, so I would say try out multiple instructors to find the one that suits your level. I appreciated that the reform instructors handed out sanitary wipes for us to wipe the equipment down after use. Their boxing class with Jacob was great. His energy is infectious and you can't NOT have fun in there! He was very welcoming and inclusive even though I had some struggles remembering the moves. I would say overall, you would very likely get used to the moves in each of these classes. The instructors are very enthusiastic and care about their members. I would say that the front desk staff have also been very friendly and helpful. Overall, facilities are fairly new and clean. I did also try out their recovery area with the leg compression only, which I believe all of the services in here is for a premium. The other trade off for this gym is that if you want to do the sled push, you would be in the center of the gym where everyone can essentially watch you. I haven't really tried out their equipment but it looks pretty good. Outside of the class rooms, there are areas where you can practice mat exercises. I think I would consider a membership here; the costs are worth it if you are thinking about doing their classes on a regular basis.
