Ive been here since they opened up and have always loved it, i came back for the first time in 6 months and was so excited to get back into routine! Everything is as lovely as i remember except for 1 area - the girls restroom and showers were atrocious. 3 toilets without toilet paper, 2 clogged toilets, soiled toilet paper on the one that wasnt clogged. Showers arent being cleaned as often or as thoroughly as they used to either it looks like. This is not meant to be a dig in the cleaning team - i used to see them working sk hard! I think it might be more of a timing situation - how often it's checked? Maybe a better system needs to be considered? I really want to love it but i was definitely a bit sad looking at it! Wow, I had no idea Club Studio Elk Grove is so huge! I'm not sure I can even call it a gym! It's a step up from a gym with so many amenities with a spa retreat vibe. I received a 5-day pass. Unfortunately, I was only able to try one class. The class schedule didn't work with my traveling and work schedule. I took the Ride class with Thuy. It was so much fun. The room was bigger than I expect and well ventilated. Thuy's energy was contagious! The choreograph and music was on point. I felt like I was at a dance party. I wish I was able to try the Reform, CS4 and sauna. The sauna room looks inviting and spacious. They also have red light therapy, cryto therapy room and more recovery services. Some of these are add-on to the standard membership. They have a ton of free weights and various strength machines and cardio machines. They even have a dedicated section for stretching and foam rolling. My only complaint is the bathroom. Maybe it was towards the end of the day but the bathroom stall was a mess with paper all over the floor and it was stinky. Parking is difficult, especially during the busy hours. I had to circle around and stalk behind someone that was leaving to get a spot. I think if you come late at night and middle of the day, parking situation should be better. read more

OK, let me start with the good, the place is gorgeous! The classes are great and overall I feel like this is a great deal if you pay for a boutique classes anywhere else because you can get a gym experience within the same price. Fresh towels available, Dyson hair dryers and a beautiful pink salt sauna. The yoga and Pilates classes are my favorite. Staff is also very polite and helpful. The bad: the hours just don't allow me to get the use out of this gym that I need. If you're gonna charge over $200 + a month please be open past 6 PM on the weekends and 9 PM on the weekdays. Anybody who can afford this gym most likely has a job and if they get off at six and only have weekends available then that is when they need the most flexibility. I had to unfortunately stop going here because I wasn't using it as much due to the limited hours. Maybe if they stayed open until 11 or 10 PM during the weekdays and weekends it would be worth it for me. read more

This gym is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained--almost too clean to train in! The staff are very attentive, and the overall setup is great. However, their strict "no gym bags on the floor" policy is a total dealbreaker for me. I keep all my lifting essentials--gloves, belts, and wraps--in my bag to use throughout my workout, so having it nearby is essential. Came here through a guest pass from a friend! I came here to try out the classes and they are very high quality. The 7-day pass that I got from my friend allowed me access to 7 classes. At some point I did receive an email where they extended my pass by two days which was nice. This allowed me to try another 4 classes. Overall, I tried Ride (cycling), Reform, Hot Pilates, Yoga Flow, and their boxing class. The instructors do know how many times you've been to their class based on the roster and they either know or you can tell them it's your first class so they can make sure they watch out for you if you need help. Ride with Becca and Thuy was very fun! The lights and music are so fun. Becca was so kind as to advise us that the "side bars" (seating on the sides) was no fun, so she tried to seat me and my partner together in the main area for the bikes, which she ended up being able to accommodate. My partner and I did end up on the side bars for Thuy's hip hop x kpop ride and it was definitely not as cool, but still fun nontheless, because Thuy had such great energy and she brought these little light sticks for us to have fun with (to keep as a souvenir, as well!) Anyway, Becca was also such a fun instructor! I am impressed that the other gym goers are so good at remembering choreography and following along. I've done Isa's classes for Hot Pilates and Yoga Flow and her instruction is great. I feel very relaxed but also empowered doing her classes. They are done in the Sweat+ room, so it does get warm. A lot of people have yoga towels for their mats and I would say that's a great idea. The main downside of the Sweat+ room is that at the front of the class there are ants...not sure if they have noticed that, hence I knocked a star off. Reform was nice! I had one of the instructors twice and she knew it was my first time so she made sure to keep an eye out for me if I wasn't particularly sure about what to do. It's nice that the instructors walk around the room to help make adjustments. The instructors do vary on difficulty level, so I would say try out multiple instructors to find the one that suits your level. I appreciated that the reform instructors handed out sanitary wipes for us to wipe the equipment down after use. Their boxing class with Jacob was great. His energy is infectious and you can't NOT have fun in there! He was very welcoming and inclusive even though I had some struggles remembering the moves. I would say overall, you would very likely get used to the moves in each of these classes. The instructors are very enthusiastic and care about their members. I would say that the front desk staff have also been very friendly and helpful. Overall, facilities are fairly new and clean. I did also try out their recovery area with the leg compression only, which I believe all of the services in here is for a premium. The other trade off for this gym is that if you want to do the sled push, you would be in the center of the gym where everyone can essentially watch you. I haven't really tried out their equipment but it looks pretty good. Outside of the class rooms, there are areas where you can practice mat exercises. I think I would consider a membership here; the costs are worth it if you are thinking about doing their classes on a regular basis. read more

SHAME ON YOU, CLUB STUDIO! I canceled an amenity at Club Studio in person, after being told that I could cancel it at the club. They continued charging me $134 per month anyway. I didn't realize the charges were continuing until my bank notified me. Once I discovered it, I called and emailed Club Studio to have it corrected. Even after I notified them, the issue still wasn't handled (the charges were not canceled, and the money was not refunded), and I had to call and email again. They will also leave you on hold for extremely long periods of time, tell you that they are going to confirm something by email, and then the email never comes. Eventually, they stopped the charges and refunded only a portion of what they had charged me. They kept three months of payments -- $134 × 3, or $402 -- because they claimed they had no record of my cancellation. This makes absolutely no sense. If customers are specifically told that they can cancel an amenity in person at the club, how is the customer supposed to prove afterward that the cancellation occurred if Club Studio fails to keep a record of it? The company gets to say there is "no record," continue taking the customer's money, and then refuse to refund it. I spent months dealing with calls, emails, long hold times, promises of follow-up that didn't happen, and continued billing for something I had already canceled. Even after the problem was brought directly to their attention, I still had to keep following up to get the charges stopped. I'm out $402 for an amenity I had already canceled. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone canceling anything with Club Studio get written confirmation immediately and closely monitor every charge afterward. Also - the bathrooms usually have no toilet paper. The toilet seat actually fell off one day. ‍ Some of the instructors are pretty good. A lot of the front desk staff is really nice. But integrity is everything. (Also, after this review was posted, a confirmation email miraculously appeared about an hour late.) read more

I love getting my workouts done at this Club Studio! I usually go in the mornings and it's hardly ever crowded so machines I need to use are often open. The classes I go to weekly are Reform, CS4 and Ride. My favorite coaches/instructors are Gisselle for Reform, Irina and Kristin for CS4, and Karlyn for Ride. They're amazing! Staff are always welcoming upon checking in. The birthday and milestone shoutouts are nice and fun. The towels are convenient however sometimes they would run out on busier days. I've been a member since this gym opened and have referred many people because I truly enjoy the coaches and the classes--they're excellent. Unfortunately, manager Brennah and the rest of the management seriously lack customer service. My recent experience was very disappointing. I checked in at 12:30 p.m., but the CS4 door was already closed and I wasn't allowed in. The door shouldn't be closed before the posted check-in time, especially when many members are coming during their lunch break. For a gym that charges premium membership fees, I expect better customer service and more reasonable policies. A gym should help reduce stress, not create more of it. Went in there and got pressured to enroll, prices will go up, no free trial, yards, yada. The employees there don't look happy and the reviews about customer service is accurate. Club Studio in Elk Grove is honestly one of the nicest gyms in the area. The place feels super clean and modern the second you walk in--bright lights, good layout, and everything smells fresh (which is rare for a gym!). The equipment is top-notch and there are so many options: weights, machines, cardio, the squat racks, plus all the specialty areas you don't see at regular gyms. The recovery zone and the boxing area are a nice bonus too. I love that you can actually get a full, solid workout here without waiting forever for a machine. The staff is friendly, the vibe is positive, and I always feel safe and comfortable working out. The locker rooms are clean, the showers are nice, and it never feels overly crowded when I go. Luxury gym, lackluster management. When you're paying a premium price to be a member, is it really too much to expect decent customer service? I have been a member since day one and seen how management has changed. I can't even count the number of turnovers the club studio has experienced in the last two years. I tend to mind my business and stay away from management and gym politics. My latest experience is one that I cannot hold back on. Recently, I've had someone in my family cancel their gym membership and club studio over charged me by over $150. I spoke with manager, Breenah and walked her through why I believed there was an overage. She stated that she needed to ask her manager, Jess for help. I was standing in front of the both of them and Jess was trying to explain the math to Breenah. Jess didn't acknowledge or speak to me, the customer directly. I overheard Jess tell Breenah that if we used the membership during our last month then it will extend our contract. Since they weren't even trying to talk to me, I then informed them that I will leave for the day and allow them to figure out the refund amount, because I thought it was extremely rude that Jess wasn't even trying to understand my side and it didn't look like they were close in figuring the math out. I never received a call regarding outcome and had to reach out. Club studio will take your money and leave it to you to continue to follow up. I ended up talking to another manager, Brandon and he was very understanding and understood the miscalculation. He said that he would pass the message along to Breenah and Jess. Again, I didn't hear back and ended up calling and speaking to Breenah. She reiterated and was adamant that I was only owed a $50 refund. I asked her to speak with Brandon. I ended up seeing my refund 3 days later for the full $150 amount. I didn't hear back from club studio regarding refund. Again, I called them, Breenah said she called me, but I didn't have any voicemails. I thanked her for the refund and asked for a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Took them two weeks to resolve, multiple follow ups and caused a delay in utilizing the gym for the last month. I asked for an extension for two weeks at the gym, because that's the time it took to resolve and I couldn't use the membership since I was told it prevent a refund at all. Breenah stated that they would not offer any gesture of goodwill of any sort because of the inconvenience. She tried to gas-light me into believing by returning the refund owed to me, then that's more than enough. No apologies for the time it took me to explain the math to her. She asked for grace because they are human and make mistakes, but yet they are unwilling to give us an extra two weeks that it took them to rectify the issue. Breenah claims that it took 4 managers to figure out the math. I'm one person and noticed the overcharge instantly. Mind you, if you're 30 seconds late to class they will quickly charge you a no show fee. There's no grace given to members, so why should we even reciprocate? Annoyed, I sarcastically asked you guys can't even offer a pair of socks? She said she can give me socks and that that was the best the can do. I will say, she did hold true to her word and I got a pair of socks. Socks can't even cover the amount of time it took to resolve this issue. The sad part is that these managers can't think for themselves. I had to help them understand their accounting and then also plant a resolution in their head. Bottom line, if members are late for a class, don't even think about getting a refund. If club studio management makes a mistake, give them grace. The studio coaches are the only reason worth coming for. The experience should match the price tag, but club studio does not. read more

Debating if I want to stay at this gym or leave . I like how there are different classes to take. But over the past few months they have been cutting out classes. The instructors are great. But when it comes to the front desk customer service they don't really care if you are sick or having a flare up they will still charge you for cancellation fee. You basically have to cancel 12 hours in advance which is stupid . I can understand the 2 hour but not 12. They also like to charge people no show fee because their system or the person in front doesn't check you in. I had a few friends who dropped club studio because they wouldn't cancel their cancellation fee when they showed up for their classes. They used to have a staff check who's there or not but they no longer do that . Sometimes they run out of sanitary wipes and don't refill for days. Lately their ac doesn't work correctly and they don't allow their staff to open the door while we work out so the mirror fogs up . At least notify us if the room temp isn't working and let us cancel without a charge fee before us getting there. Their staff showed up late so they compensate us with coupons to beam . But then o beam refused to take it because their staff went through their piles of coupon and handed it out without their permission. They let you use towels for free but they are rough and itchy. There are days where there are no towels available to use . The gym is pricy not sure if people want to pay extra for cancellation fees , itchy rough towels, and no guarantee for sanitation wipes. Their bathroom is clean, but sometimes there is no soap in there ! There is a lop sided toilet seat that they haven't fixed for a while. read more

Great gym and have been going here for a while but Im a little confused on a few things. 1) There are almost no lunchtime classes if you want to get a midday workout in on your break. 2) There are 3 different types of pilates classes but almost no yoga sculpt classes. There's reformer pilates, hot pilates, and hiit pilates. But for yoga it's hot yoga and restore (stretching)... I have seen yoga sculpt be very popular in other places so I'm not sure why they hardly offer it?? They already have designated HIIT CS4 classes and Pilates classes but they make the yoga room hot hiit pilates instead of yoga sculpt. read more

During the first year, everything was excellent. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained, making it easy to justify the membership cost. Unfortunately, over time I've noticed a decline in the overall upkeep of the gym. Many pieces of equipment frequently have an unpleasant odor, which suggests they are not being disinfected as regularly as they should be. In the men's locker room, there are multiple sinks available, yet often only one or two soap dispensers are actually functioning. Decided to give this brand new gym a try but ended up cancelling my membership. For what they charge, there isn't a lot of amenities compared to their competitors. Customer service can use a lot of improvements here. Staff does not enforce class rules such as making sure people stay in the spot they reserve, feels like a first come first serve type of deal. If you tell someone they're in the spot you reserve,,you're the bad person telling someone to move. Some of the instructors can use more experience as especially when teaching around equipment. I asked an instructor about the form she was having us do because it was brand new to me, her response was rude saying because maybe I don't work out so that's why I was feeling a strain. Talked to another instructor about it, turns out it was just bad form. For the yoga classes, it's packed like sardines. Would be helpful if they stagger out the place mats. It's so crowded your neighbor's body parts are all over your space. Wouldn't pay extra for a mediocre gym. It gym is nice because it's new. read more

Love this gym with a passion! A huge upgrade compared to all of the other gyms in the area & completely worth it considering classes are included in the membership. As long as you stay diligent in booking your desired classes, you will have no problem making the membership price well worth it. (Love my pilates instructors btw so shout out to them) The app does glitch sometimes so you will have to be patient with it. The gym crowd here is friendly and respectable. Mostly everyone wipes down the machines after use & puts the equipment away. For the most part, gym-goers seem very happy to be working out here and are willing to put in the effort to do their part in keeping the area clean. Equipment-wise, everything is basically brand spanking new and works like a charm. Although I'm surprised they don't have a simple roman chair for glute hyperextensions b/c even Planet Fitness has one. If the company could budget even one, that would be the cherry on top! Considering the prestige of this place, I'm also surprised of how all of the cable attachments are in a black box on the floor instead of hung on an organizational rack, making it feel like an afterthought. The staff here are always helpful and very welcoming. Overall, I do love this gym. Still could use some minor improvements in the equipment area as stated above. I have a 7 day visitor's pass and so far so good! Customer service: 4/5 The few people that I interacted with were nice and welcoming but I am also mindful that they were trying to get me to join. Ambiance: 4/5 Everything is modern and new! After being a member of In Shape (aka Cal fit) and 24 Hour Fitness for many years, it's definitely a refreshing vibe. You can tell that they're trying to cater to a more upscale, hip crowd. The machines are state of the art. I love their towel service, class offerings (boxing, hot yoga, spin, reform, etc.), wellness area and that their saunas are separated by gender. The wellness/recovery area ( is what Im most interested in) includes cryotherapy, compression therapy, etc. Cons: The price points are expensive. There's 3 different packages and the most economical package is around $160 per month for fitness only but if you want to add the wellness area, it'll cost you an additional $160 per month. These are ballpark figures, but the sales team reminds you that if you don't act now the price increases. For the price, I recommend they add more cardio machines, all of the machines were full during my Saturday afternoon visit. Add more classes because I heard that all classes are currently full for months out. They should also consider adding a pool, hot tub and steam room. (When I inquired about a pool, the sales team shared that Club Studio membership includes membership to another gym (City Sports) and they have pools. But who has time to drive around Elk Grove for amenities? All in all, it's a nice gym but I don't think it's worth nearly $400 a month. read more

I remember purchasing a pre-owned Nissan Maxima and thinking, wow this is a very nice car. Until...I upgraded six years later to a luxury vehicle that made me question how I ever drove anything else. This is the way that I felt when I walked into Club Studio. For the 20 years that I have been weight training, I have become accustomed to the simplicity and community that traditional gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness and In-Shape Fitness offer. Those gyms have their individual benefits; however, I would say that Club Studio is more of a luxury gym (if that's even a thing) for folks that want more of a comprehensive fitness experience. When I walked into the establishment I was warmly greeted by an employee behind the very elaborate front counter (it reminded me of the day spa counters that you see at vacation resorts). The employee assisted me with checking in for the first time and pointed (I sensed that he could not leave the front desk unattended - which I totally understand) me to the men's locker room. En route to the men's locker room I observed how clean the facility is (granted it has been opened for less than a week), the non-harsh lighting (perfect for those who like to take gym selfies), and the signs indicating designated parts of the facility (i.e., group fitness classes, stretch areas, etc.). Upon entering the locker room, I followed the instructions on the inside of a locker to create a temporary code and placed my gym bag in the locker (bags are not allowed on the gym floor). Upon entering the main gym floor, I observed the various forms of equipment designed to work any muscle group of your desire. Sitting on the equipment was a reminder that I was not in a traditional gym. The leather/padding on the equipment is very supple (better quality than some cars I have sat in) and contours to your body (in comparison to some gyms that use slippery leather that can make you feel unsecure while performing an exercise). Although the pandemic has taught us that you do not need overly heavy weights to build muscle, I appreciate that the dumbbells go up to 125 pounds. Following the conclusion of my weight training session, I walked over to the stretch area to do some core training. The area had individual booths with a mirror, mat, and cubbies with little fitness balls. Being that I prefer not being at the center of attention while doing a core workout or stretching, I appreciated the seclusion that this space offered. Although I worked up a nice sweat, I felt like the overall clean environment made me feel less "icky" when leaving the facility. I enjoyed my first day experience at Club Studio. Aside from the many amenities offered at the facility, it felt like a safe environment that is welcoming to people of all body types. I look forward to future visits so that I can experience the boxing class, hot Pilates, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy. I've tried a couple of other gyms in Elk Grove but they've never fit the bill. Club Studio has something for everyone. Instructor led classes including HIIT (CS4), boxing, yoga, Pilates, reform, cycling / Ride plus all of the free weights and kettlebells you need. Stretching and cool down station and an area for recovery. They don't have a pool or basketball courts (that's why they aren't 5 stars). Treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, boxes for box jumps - literally have it all. Front desk staff is always friendly and the app makes it easy to book and cancel classes. I have a pretty solid home gym but I go here because it's that's good. read more

As a collective, they're GREAT. 5/5 stars for the coaches! Everyone has a different teaching style so each class is unique with different challenges and pace. Pilates is the most popular class and I am always challenged by each teacher. Special shoutout to the amazing Kathy because, one evening, I forgot my nonslip socks and she GAVE ME A PAIR!! ANGEL BEHAVIOR!! Don't forget your socks, people! Kathy's jumpboard classes are my favorite! Bri is also one of my favorites (she is chill and funny) and I love the music Julia plays during her classes. The coaches are always encouraging and my only wish is that I could take 2 Pilates classes in a day!! Pilates can become an addiction... I went 3-4 times a week in the beginning and some people have gone over 60 times. I'm at 28 Pilates sessions right now and look forward to reaching my 50th class milestone! read more

I've been going to Club Studio since March and honestly... I LOVE IT! The gym is super new, clean, and aesthetic. Everything feels fresh and modern, from the layout and equipment to the lighting. The Pilates instructors are amazing! Super knowledgeable, encouraging, and they actually pay attention to your form, which I really appreciate. They somehow manage to push you without being intimidating. My core has never felt stronger. I swear my abs are finally starting to show and it's because of them! The only part I lowkey dread is when they say, "go up an inch, down an inch... okay now HOLD." Like, please. *iykyk* But hey, it's clearly working. I also started trying out yoga here, and now I totally get why people who practice yoga have such a positive mindset. It really shifts your energy, mentally and physically. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the whole positive vibe of the space. Club Studio presents itself as a premium gym with sleek branding and a polished interior. But once you settle in and actually try to use the place, you start to question what you're really paying for. It's about value not price. The good? The class trainers are solid if you can actually get in, the gym is cleaner than most, and they provide free towels. Those are nice touches, but they don't justify paying three times the price of other gyms. The weight area is surprisingly small, with only one of most machines, so you end up spending a good chunk of your workout waiting your turn. The machines themselves are nothing special just logo-branded, generic equipment. As for the so-called luxury amenities? No pool, no basketball court, no racquetball, no cold plunge just a single, often overcrowded sauna. And again, getting into a class can be nearly impossible, even though a lot of the spots are filled by staff. That's the real issue why should cleanliness and a nice layout justify such a steep price when the gym isn't more functional and the classes aren't more accessible? A fancier version of the same limitations doesn't make for a better experience. Price isn't the issue. People are willing to pay for quality but that's not what's happening here. You can charge more and deliver on the luxury gym promise, or be upfront about what this place really is. Right now, it's all about the image, and that's just not enough. Club Studio could be great, but it needs better equipment, more class availability, and a real commitment to a luxury experience. Until then, you can get more for less somewhere else. read more

Club studio is new to the Elk Grove area, and I am here for it! I like the variety of classes and the amount of classes occurring every hour. Every instructor I have had so far are great! The facilities are clean and they provide towels. You can also rent/purchase equipment you might need for classes, such as boxing gloves and no slip socks. The sauna is beautiful and the showers are spacious and clean. Four stars because the app used to book classes is glitchy at times and you can't book the same class through the app more than once on a given day. Parking tends to fill up so I always park in front of Nordstrom. read more

Checked out the gym in a walk through mid day- it was dead. How I love it. They told me that it generally is like that all day in the weights and machines section. I hate fighting and waiting for machines, especially the squat rack and dead lifting stations. I've been using the weights only the three days I can go to the gym due to their hours. It's always been dead. I can use any piece of equipment I wish to use. They stated people mostly go there paying the premium pricing for their classes. Which makes sense. They have classes all day, all different types of classes, but you need to hop on to get a class like you are registering for college classes or else it's all Booked and you have to check everyday and hope for someone to cancel. Great for class people, just be on top of trying to get a class. You must pay for three months up front. $144 a month for standard and you can only go to the gym you signed up at. You can not go to other locations. You must pay premium pricing to be able to do that. $100 or more I believe. Their sauna has Himalayan salt walls and bamboo seats, very nice. They require people to rinse before going into it, taking shoes off in the shoe cubby and sitting on a clean towel. NO ONe DOES THAT!!! And I did and would have appreciated if people did. They don't enforce that rule, so don't fool yourselves in believing it. Their shows are very clean and nice. Hooks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all Provided. Gyms lockers are big and not really clean, people hair and dirt are all in it. They clearly don't wipe it down. Unlimited towels to use. NO POOL or BASKETBALL COURT as advertised. Those are at the city sports clubs that they say you can go to with your membership. It's been a month and I have yet to be able to get into a class. Once a class ends that day you need to get in and sign up for the next week for that day. Customer service- none. They just know how to say hi and smile and check you in. When you ask questions they don't know any answers. They tell you to go online and look. They seem to have had no training whatsoever. Al young adult in their early 20's working there I'm sure to feel the benefits. Good for them, but learn to give customer service and learn about the company you are working for to be able to answer questions and not look incompetent. One of the worker is an older employee of all- he seems like he has a chip on his shoulder and looks annoyed and hates his life all the time. No smiles, and stands back like he's owns the place. They have not had sanitizing towels to wipe down their equipment for a whole week. It's the paper towel and spray now, like every other gym. A few pieces of equipment have been broken for two weeks and a sink has been out of service as well for two weeks. Let's see how long this place lasts. Please service your equipment and sinks when membership is $144 a month. Hours close at 6pm on the weekends. Not convenient for me, maybe for you. Hours end later I believe at 10pm on the weekdays, but working 10 hrs+ a day doesn't work for me. This gym might be for you, just give it a try. read more

I've had nothing but amazing experiences at Club Studio Elk Grove! I got signed up by Nick. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the gym. The cryo area was invigorating and the massage chairs were relaxing. The classes were a nice pace from doing individual work outs. The classes weren't over crowded and the instructors have all been nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend and appreciate Nick and the team for welcoming us in! read more

Everything is great! Not crowded, plenty of options for classes, strength & cardio, and especially recovery/rehabilitation. (A highlight for me, a 100% disabled veteran) Jordan showed me around and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough when responding to questions. All of my staff interactions were similar. This is the nicest gym in the area by far. Comparable to Equinox. Great classes, specialized exercise rooms, new and very nice equipment, towel service. I have been going to this gym since it opened. For the most part I have enjoyed the membership up until today. I went in today to a class, and decided to switch to an earlier class, there were at least 6 openings for the earlier class and the class i was in had 4 openings. I had done this at least 8 times in the past with no problem, well today they wouldn't let me do it, and all the manager would say is this is our policy, I explained I had done it 8 times before with no problem, the first time i switched I didn't even ask for it, it was offered to me, which is why i have kept doing it over time. I guess my biggest issue is...... this is not a club with good customer service, so if you are expecting that, this is not your club. I would have had no problem with this policy if I hadn't been allowed to switch a class 8 times before with absolutely no problem. read more

I'm going to give club studio three stars because I do enjoy this gym. I left in shape to be a member with club studio and lately it seems like things are going downhill. The gym is beautiful, sauna is great, and equipment is wonderful. The classes are awesome except for the fact that they removed their best reformer Pilates instructor from her Saturday class because and I quote "she is so advanced". Apparently, Brianna G is too advanced for the newcomers who they receive an influx of on Saturday mornings. I'm honestly really disappointed with Club Studio right now. One of the biggest reasons I justified paying such a high membership was the quality and intensity of the reformer Pilates classes, specifically with Brianna. She brought something completely different to the studio. Her classes weren't just slow stretches, they were challenging, intentional, and actually felt like a true workout. The advanced techniques she incorporated are exactly what made Club Studio stand out from every other Pilates place I've tried. To hear that she was removed from teaching reformer because she's too advanced is frustrating and honestly doesn't make sense. Not everyone is looking for beginner-level classes, especially at this price point. There should be room for clients who want to be pushed and challenged. Taking that away feels like a step backward. I really hope Club Studio reconsiders and starts offering more advanced options again, because right now it feels like you're losing what made your classes special in the first place. read more
