If you're in the Kennesaw area on Monday nights and are craving some food truck food or if you're in a group where you can't agree on food, this is definitely a fantastic option. The trucks are also parked right next door to the farmer's market, so you can pick up some fresh fruits and veggies for the rest of the week!

It's like a Smörgåsbord on wheels. I plethora of choices all in a small area to choose from and the hardest part is making an actual decision. Tonight I went with the "Da Bronx" dogs from Fatty's of Atlanta (http://www.yelp.com/biz/fattys-of-atlanta-marietta) - killer hot dogs, NY style and a Root Beer float. The dogs are dressed with spicy mustard and onion sauce and are oh-so-delectable. And who doesn't LOVE a root beer float? Next up was truffle-parmesan fries from the Fry Guy (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-fry-guy-atlanta). These were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with great Earthy and salty flavor. They were also kind enough to give me a free ice water. By the way, the fries were so good, we went back for a second order to share. We then went back for some Italian ices from Fatty's - it was a warm night out and this was a nice sweet treat - we tried the cherry, watermelon, mango and chocolate. They were all delish! But after that, I still had a bit of a sweet tooth. And anyone who knows me knows... King of Pops (http://www.yelp.com/biz/king-of-pops-atlanta) MUST finish my night! Always look for the rainbow umbrella for the perfect pop. Tonight I went for the Cookies and Cream. A frozen version of milk and chocolate chip cookies... I'm sorry, how can you go wrong? That's right, you CAN'T! Also there was: Yum Yum Cupcake & More (http://www.yelp.com/biz/yum-yum-cupcake-and-more-atlanta) Alisha's Kitchen (http://www.yelp.com/biz/alishas-kitchen-cartersville) And a fish and chips place - I missed the name (sorry allergic to fish) I'll visit again for sure.

We had three sandwiches: Dill with it, the arsonist and the Al Capesto. Our favorite was the arsonist followed closely by the pesto one. The candied bacon and the seasoning on top puts it over the top. We loved how they cut these onto triangles of four, making them real easy to share. I ordered online and it only took 15 minutes. It was ready as soon as I ordered and started my half mile walk. I've heard of ghost kitchens before, and have got delivery from them, but never been inside of one. I absolutely love the idea. They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. You are coming up to a church, but it's so well marked with signs and lights you can't miss it. It so nice to having a place in Candler park we can walk to, and the owners are warm and friendly. Truly a unique gem in the hood.

Best Grilled Cheese EVER!…read more I had the three cheese grilled cheese and added bacon and sundried tomato. It was so good! Crispy and well cooked and elevated with the salt and parsley garnish. *Chef's kiss* The tomato bisque was also delicious and the kale cole slaw was such a yummy, unique take on your typical cole slaw without straying too far from the familiar slaw you know and love. Staff is super friendly, attentive, and service is quick. Next time I see this food truck around I am definitely making a stop, and so should you!

Wow. The pizza I had from Dominic's NY Pizza was, without a doubt, the best pizza I've had to date…read morefrom any sort of food truck or food stand. In fact, the pizza from this truck (technically, it's a trailer pulled by a pick-up truck) stands among the best pizzas I've had anywhere, brick and mortar restaurants included. The trailer has a legit 1000 °F, wood-burning, all-brick oven inside which the staff uses to bake pizzas fresh. Dominic's was one of a few food trucks we had come to our company's summer party this year. Out of all the food trucks that came, this one was my favorite. The special menu for our event consisted of personal-sized 9-inch pizzas. The types available were cheese, pepperoni, sausage and red onion, veggie (spinach and mushroom), and a white pizza made with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, garlic and oil, and Parmesan. Yum. I asked Dominic's son, who was working the truck at the event, how much the personal pizzas regularly cost and he said $9 each. The truck also normally sells garlic knots, calzones, strombolis, other pizza varieties (e.g. Neapolitan), and desserts like cannoli and NY cheesecake. I ordered a pepperoni pizza was it prepared by Dominic's son. He made it to order fast. I watched as he put the toppings on and inserted the pizza into the oven. The oven is lined up with the order/pick-up window, so you have a front row seat to watching your pizza bake. My pizza came out perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was thin with a soft and chewy middle and crisp, smoky, black, charred edges. The dough had great appetizing consistency and there was a noticeable garlicky flavor which was terrific. The cheese and pepperoni were tasty and addictive. I never expected pizza from a food truck to taste this good. The staff was nice and speedy. They do have that brusque NY Italian manner. I look forward to trying Dominic's again. I'll probably get the white pizza next time.

I have…read moreeaten pizza at probably close to a hundred places and can honestly say this is by far some of the best that I have ever eaten. Dominic's Neapolitan that is made with all fresh mozzarella, garlic, fresh basil and tomatoes is much better than the Neapolitan at Antico Pizza by GA Tech, which is also brick fired. The pizza here is not cheap, expect to pay almost $10 per personal pie, but with the good quality and excellent taste, it's worth it. I really loved the crust here, it tasted like it had some Parmigiano-Reggiano cooked into the crust. I will definitely eat here more often when I see their truck around. Another good thing about Dominic's NY Pizza is this fella is actually from New York kid, he is not just some chump who sell's pizza and call's it NY Pizza to get more business, he knows his pizza. The service was amazing, especially María, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and made us feel at home the entire time. It felt like no matter what we needed, she was genuinely happy to help, and that's something you really appreciate when dining out. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, especially at night. It's perfect for celebrating a birthday or going with a group because they have a QR code system where everyone can pay for their own items. No splitting checks, no awkward math, just super easy and convenient, especially for larger parties. Food wise, everything we ordered was delicious. I shared a charcuterie board with three friends and it was really good. We also ordered the tuna carpaccio, which was amazing and came with natural potato chips that were honestly a 10 out of 10. We ordered a pizza as well, I don't remember the name but it had mushrooms and it was so good. For drinks, my go to cocktail is an espresso martini and even though it wasn't on the menu, they were able to make it for me. It was perfect, with a strong coffee flavor, which I personally love in an espresso martini. Overall, Ecco Midtown was an incredible experience. Amazing food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place to celebrate with friends and enjoy good food and cocktails, this is definitely a great option.
