For example, he installed a fire alarm, replaced my bathtub to shower diverter valve and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, without charging anything extra. We recently had a pipe burst in the basement of our office flooding the hallway and 2 rooms; which…read morecaused carpet and wall damage. Selecting Allied Restoration Co at random we had no idea of their quality of service. To our pleasant surprise the estimator showed up same day, quickly assessed the damage and explained the repair process thoroughly. He explained the worst and best case scenarios for the repairs that would have to be done. The quote was received promptly after the assessment. We shopped around and got quotes from various companies, but Allied Restoration Co had the best price. The clean up process began right away. Being that we hold our training classes in one of the rooms there were several heavy items, tables, file cabinet, boxes etc. that required relocation. The guys had no issue with removing these items in order to promptly start their job. Pipe sealed, large fans brought in, and damaged carpet removed; all areas were dry and back in using order in a few days. Should this occur again Allied will be our first call. We would certainly recommend their service to anyone that finds themselves in a similar position. Great job guys!

I called Allied at 10pm for emergency Category 3 water mitigation (sewage overflow in a…read moretenant-occupied unit) after seeing their 24-hour emergency listing. They accepted the call, and said they would call the tenant with the ETA (about an hour) so I stopped contacting other companies on that basis. I called back when the tenant called me 90 minutes later asking when the crew was coming. I then called Ty. He said he was still working on the team - one was ready to go and another on the way. One hour and two calls to him later, he finally admitted they could not fulfill the job. I understand crews aren't always available late at night -- but accepting a time-sensitive sewage emergency and then releasing it three hours later cost me the most critical window of the night, with tenants displaced and contamination sitting on the floors. If you can't staff a job, say so on the first call so the customer can go elsewhere immediately. I ended up starting from scratch with another company after midnight. Thank goodness for Dry Kings. Don't waste your time with these charlatans for any after-hour call.
