The bathroom sinks are indicated "serviceable" but all bathroom sinks have slow draining. Two of the doors throughout the house are somewhat jammed or not easy to open/closed, but it did not get reported at all. There are multiple uneven spots on the floor, with some of the areas are 2 inches lower than others, but also did not get reported by the inspection report. Overall report quality is below average and lacking details compared to other home inspection reports I have seen. I also email this company trying to get some details about the inspection, but never hear back from them. If you are a home buyer and see an inspection report that is done by this company, then please hire your own home inspector.

They just put a roof on my son's house. We asked for some extra things be addressed and everything was perfect. They pull the permit for you and get the city inspector out for you to sign off! First off Fabian was really great, chill/easy to talk to, and super responsive; my kid's ceiling…read morewas leaking so I was panicking looking for a roofer so soon after the torrential rainstorms. I got quotes from 4 and found out quickly how much of a pain it is to look for a contractor (one tried to upcharge me and I was pretty distrustful over roofing companies after that). Fabian came super quick for a quote; offered a pretty fair price that included the scope of work; got the job done quickly; and was responsive before, during, and after the process. They finished fixing the roof in about 2 days actually (one day for the roof, one for the gutters) just in time for the nonstop rain this time around. He added vents so that the roof would circulate air a little better, fixed up the shingles, and added gutters so that we addressed all the possible ways the roof could've caused the leak. I will say in between the process since I'm super particular he answered any questions on building requirements needed, difference between materials, and general concerns. For example, the intake vents that initially were replaced looked wonky, or had stickers left over and he got his guys to replace it correctly and clean it/fix it. I noticed one of the gutters wasn't draining during the light rain and he had a guy check it out the same day-- fixed it the next. So the job close to perfect, but of course checking the work helps. So far no leaks (it's only been day 3 of the crazy rain this week) and the new gutters are draining great. They've been in business for years now and are local; if you're looking to deal with a pretty honest roofing company with no hassle, I'd reach out to them for a quote in a heartbeat.
