My fiancé asked for a side of bacon to be on the rare side (flopping), but was told that the chef precooks some items, so he probably wouldn't be willing to make a fresh to order side of bacon. Our food came out really quickly, the side of French toast i ordered was delicious and a much larger size than i anticipated. My fiancé, who claims to be a "pancake connoisseur" said his Chocolate chip pancakes were amazing. The bacon fell short of expectations, but overall the meal was excellent. The prices on the menu aren't insane compared to the size and quality of most of the food items. I think a few tweaks to the aesthetics of the restaurant, and more flexibility by the chef would go a long way. Definitely come in if you're hungry, and looking to avoid breaking the bank for a great brunch.

The chili is far from what I expected, as it's basically just cooked ground beef, but when eaten with the mustard and onions (and tasty dog), the whole thing adds up to a filling and very satisfying concoction.
