On two occasions I had to work with them. Both times they were horrible. They're good at talking and fluff but don't provide any real service. They can't even give you a pre procedure approval before getting medical procedures. This gives them the opportunity to deny after the procedure is done. It's so bad that I saw one service provider would not provide services unless there's prepayment because from experience they know that they will delay and try to deny payments after service is rendered.
