This time around, I worked with Lyn and she was such a pleasure. Took care of my pedicure services with ease and executed what I asked to be done. Very helpful with tips for my feet as well. Service I received was the organic sugar scrub pedicure and French tip gel polish. Very tight parking lot, so be cautious & pay attention.

I think it's because I was one of their first clients when their nail salon open. The decor is classy and chic bc the owners present that way as well. The quality of the service is also good! My only gripe is the prices. They are pretty and high, and bit more than their competitors, and I would understand that if we were served refreshments, wine, and snacks like another location I frequent for my pedicures ONLY! Additionally, I wish they had other options for paying for the service besides cash and the credit card that involves a 3.5% service charge. I paid $65 with no wine or snacks for this basic fill-in with French Manicure. Plus, the particular technician I went to today was very slow, meticulous, so I appreciated that, but very slow. It took an hour for this (see pics). I would recommend this business, but I will continue to explore my other options too.

Five years and counting! This place is my go to for a reason. Friendly service, beautiful results…read moreevery single time, and a team that genuinely cares. Couldn't recommend it more.

Y'all... I thought I had found my new nail shop at The Nail Shop…read more The environment is exactly my vibe--muted gray tones, minimalist decor, subway tiles, modern finishes, soft music playing in the background, and plenty of parking right out front. The place is clean, relaxing, and has an impressive selection of colors. The massage chairs were so comfortable I was literally drifting off to sleep. The prices were also cheaper than other salons I've visited for the exact same services, and it wasn't overcrowded. Walking in, I was ready to give this place 5 stars. Then the service happened. I arrived at 12:30 PM and didn't leave until 4:30 PM. FOUR HOURS. For a pedicure, nail removal, full-set of new Gel-X nails (no designs and nothing fancy). I understand Gel-X removal can take some time, but my pedicure alone should not have taken over 2.5 hours. The first technician was fine until it came time to paint my toenails. The polish application was honestly terrible. My toes looked like little stubs. Of course I spoke up, and thankfully I requested Pin, who had excellent Yelp reviews. She ended up fixing the work and did a much better job. There were also some organizational issues. I wanted my eyebrows waxed, but apparently someone forgot to plug in the wax machine, so the wax was still cold and hardened. How does that happen? Another thing: if you're going to keep clients for four hours, please offer something. Water, snacks, crackers--anything! I was absolutely hangry by the end of my appointment. The only reason I was finally offered water was because I was coughing from a cold, and that was toward the very end of my service. Overall, the salon itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the actual service experience didn't match the aesthetic. If you decide to visit, I'd strongly recommend booking with Pin or the owner. They seem to be the ones ensuring the work is done correctly. Would I come back? Maybe. The potential is definitely there, but they need to tighten up the service side of things.
