Kim provides a fabulous service to and from the Orlando airport. She is prompt (in fact, a little early, which I really appreciate), polite, professional, and knowledgeable about Florida and the area in and around The Villages. Before I deplaned, I already had a text from her telling me that she was in the cell phone lot. She gave me directions on what to do to contact her re: the pickup, and once I did, she was at the curb in less than five minutes. Equally as polite and personable and professional was Brad - the driver that took us back to the airport for our flight home. He too was prompt (a little early too - which I LOVE!) and just an all-around nice person to ride with in the wee hours of the morning. Kim's rates are reasonable and the ride was comfortable. I just wanted to say another "thank you" to Kim's Cab service. During a recent extremely hard rain and lightening storm, my husband was stranded at Lake Sumter Landing. The rain and storm was so violent he couldn't find our golf cart. He called me from the shuttle pavillion and I called Kim's cab to pick him up & bring my soaked husband home. They did this quickly and all ended well. We got the cart early the next morning. Since I can't drive at night and especially in such a storm, Kim's Cab was a life saver for us. I saw the woman driving a Chevy with Kim's cab on the back of the window. She was yelling and cursing at a guy that works at mr clean car wash because they did not open at 8:00 am on the dot. Mind you she was blocking the road at 7:52 am until they did open around 8:04. A gentleman in a jeep had to drive over the curb to get around her as she would t move. I definitely wouldn't want to ride with a woman with such a nasty attitude and no care for anyone else but herself. read more

This company is such an extraordinary and valuable resource! I had to utilize their services to transport my uncle with dementia to and from dialysis. You will never find a cab company with a bigger heart! The driver walks my uncle into the facility to make sure he doesn't get confused or wander. They are prompt, patient and super affordable. I had a really upsetting experience with Kim's Cab. The driver was rude and demanded payment as we were driving in an aggressive manner, even threatening to pull over if we didn't pay immediately. To make things worse, he was texting while driving! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Kim's Cab at all. Such a disgusting experience. read more

our flight arrived in Orlando in a thunderstorm, and we were held on the plan for over an hour. Our diver kept in contact with us and greeted us with a smile when we were finally made it!
